It's a shame, I've bought from them before with no issues but it seems they're not really bothered about their customers.

Keto and LCHF snack time catered for at last
Wow! So many snacks for low carb or keto folk are based on sweet things that, if you crave something a bit more savoury that isn't cheese or meat, it can be a bit tough to find something not containing heaps of carbs too. These seeds fit the bill, Himalayan Salt or BBQ. Tasty and satisfying. The chocolate ones are also great if you do fancy something a little sweeter, although the milk chocolate flavoured ones are not quite so chocolatey flavoured as the dark and white.
