First they advertise services they don’t really offer. I’ve bought 3 months subscription on offer to try , then I saw is useless. There is nothing like a personalised plan is a stopwatch we all have in our phones anyway. I was charged additional £55.28, without any email/message to tell me this is coming. When I’ve noticed the charge I send them an email, I recieved a generic automated response, waited for more than a week for an actual response and then went back to the automated reply, just to see that if I really want to contact them I have to reply to that . I did and I received another script message from “customer support “ telling me basically no refunds for payments made to us .
I’ll be contacting the ombudsman for this

Sketchy Sign Up but exercises Effectivw
Lower rating because of sign up being sketchy. Since I was not able to get refund on initial purchase, I started the workout and I can feel the difference.... now 2 weeks in. I would reccommend chair yoga, it works. Just Beware of billing concerns.
It advertised as free program.
Signing Up issues :After agreeing to purchase"The Plan"at discounted price, they take thru page after page of add on offers. First page, (designed for me) workouts, had no thanks option, second page, meal plan did not have option to by-pass. All these items appear to be part of the plan when doing the quiz. I did get any renewal cancelled.. multiple websites depending on where you signed up to do it. Received numerous auto-reply emails before someone actually read my request to confirm it is cancellled.

This is a Scam. They ask you to pay via PayPal. It’s not PayPal but a company called Fasting Nutri. This is who is on my bank statement. They take the money instantly . Apple looked into my complaint and informed me that it is fraud. My bank stated that my card has been compromised so I am awaiting a new card. PLEASE DO NOT update the APP. WARNING to ALL.

This app is such scam. I signed up. Never got a confirmation email. Credit card was charged. Account was never registered under my email. It was registered under an email that does not belongs to me. They basically got my card number, charged my credit card and made it impossible for me to cancel. I have to do some research and send few emails. Of course no refund.

False advertisements, saw so many adverts on Instagram, they claim you can take a photo of your meal and it will calculate the calories, they also said you would be able to do calorie counting and my personalised meal will be calculated after 1 week of fasting which is what i did. When I came to week 2 nothing, still no access to logging in my food and counting it.
I complained and ask for refund as never received what they promised..... they responded saying thank you for the idea of taking a picture of the food!!!!!! And then wrote sorry no refunds.

After 5 minutes of browsing the app you realize you paid a lot of money for nothing.
There is no meal plan anywhere, just a bunch of recipes, general information and a fasting "tracker" which is a common chronometer.
Nothing taylored or customized as was offered by the ads they publish.
Just requested cancellation by email (no other way to request it).
