Waiting for order #3

I have received (2) separate deliveries, each 5 days of food. I ordered the pescatarian option, not plant-based. The first delivery included too many beans and not enough fish for my liking, so I was not really interested in ordering again. Then I began to see several fish options being shown on Instagram, so thought I'd give it another chance. This second delivery also had a lot of beans in the entrees, but they did include some fish. I ordered a third time, which will deliver this coming week. I hope that there is more fish the 3rd time.

The food was tasty and filling. I loved the breakfast entrees, as I'm not really a breakfast eater, but I looked forward to these.

Only suggestions are then, less beans and an option for lower than 1600cals per day. I'm trying to lose weight after each ProLon fast, and need my incoming calories lower.

Do people in Sardinia eat meal replacement bars?

While the food provided was good, I was disappointed to receive a mystery protein powder and intermittent fasting bars to complete the daily menu. I did not try the service in order to substitute processed meal replacement items for healthy, natural, whole foods. I am quite certain no one from the blue zones is eating bars and powders.

The food thus far has been wonderful

The food thus far has been wonderful. I can not wait until we have the option to pick our own food choices. I do not like salmon and the food that I get with salmon is a total waste. Also I am not a huge kale fan and most of the salads have raw kale. When you have the pick your own food I will be coming back.

The Customer Service / Delivery is Good...but need more meal choice options

The service operates fine. I would like more options on what/how many meals I can order. For the most part I don't find the hot meals very good. Those are typically the dinners, so if I could only order lunches which are the salads and dressings that I think are good I would prefer that as an option.

Flavorless and High Carbs

I really was not impressed with the meals from nutrition for longevity. The price is high, as anyone can see, but the food is loaded with carbs, and many of the meals don’t have much flavor at all. Some of them were OK, but more than half of them were absolutely flavorless and needed to have additional ingredients added in order to make them edible. I only purchased one was not interested in subscribing further.

Hi Aleppo,
I am so sorry to hear that you were not impressed. We completely understand your concerns regarding carbs! We source the inspiration for our meal kits from the "Longevity Regions" which are areas in the world where people live the longest! Carbs were known to be a staple in the diet! Good thing these are simple carbohydrates which are an important source of nutrients for the body, are healthy and fast burning. All of the carbohydrates in our meal kit are whole foods high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Fiber is one of the most under consumed nutrients in the Standard American Diet (SAD). Fiber doesn't provide calories, keeps you feeling fuller longer and feeds healthy gut bacteria.

Great variety and meals so far. Packaging g not so great

Great variety and meals so far. I wish the labels had a better nutritional profile. Macros are fine but what about salt sugar fiber and other nutrients? Also I wish I could pick some of the selections. I don’t like sugary breakfasts for example. And I wish I could have the spicy hot sauces on the side. Sometimes it is too spicy Lastly, the packaging is too much plastic. Recyclable bpa and other chemical free packaging would make this feel a whole lot healthier

Disappointing and NOT worth the $

The order was advertised as a Wednesday order but did not get to us until Thursday night, so we had to last minute find meals for 2 nights.

The packaging cooking instructions is VAGUE! Needs to be more clear and specific.

The first nights meal was missing the dressing thought it referred to it 😢. The instructions to cook the shrimp were way off - 10 minutes much too long.

Breakfast tacos had tortillas with mold on them!

Really the only good meal was the lunch that had the noodles and salad.

Very disappointed, especially if there is a Michelin chef involved! I am currently a Sunbasket client (which is pretty good AND much more affordable) and have tried ALL the others. Longevity is the most disappointing of all. I will not order again, sadly and I was willing to spend $$ on this meal delivery service.

I never received an email notification…

I never received an email notification about the order shipment. The food arrived at the end of the day on 3/31, not leaving me enough time to eat all meals before 4/5 which is the date you must eat by.

The fish in the dinner was dry and fishy - especially the salmon. The meals are heavy in beans and made my stomach hurt. The salads were wilted and underwhelming. I didn’t touch the salads as the packaging and salads themselves looked unappealing. Very disappointed in spending $170 on these meals that are doing to get thrown out. Tried calling customer service and no open picks up. A friend at a meal and complained of a horrible stomach ache afterwards. I really need customer service to respond to me about this experience and to find a way to make this right.

Cancelling subscription was not easy.

It was difficult trying to find out how to cancel my subscription. Once I found the contact phone number, it was quite easy.

There should be a way on iPhone users to cancel online without having to go through someone

I enjoyed trying the N4L meals

I enjoyed trying the N4L meals, especially having breakfast, lunch and dinner all provided. The downside for me was not being able to choose from a selection of different meals. The veggies were heavy on the cabbages, radishes, and other root vegetables which aren't what I would have chosen.
I did like the variety of the salads and the breakfast meals. Thanks for the opportunity to give it your program a try!

Everything I could have wanted and…

Everything I could have wanted and more. I was preparing to have surgery and searching for the most nutritious meal delivery possible. I looked at a dozen others but picked this and have no regrets. I chose N4L bc they own the farms, its FRESH, clean, vegan, I could choose the calories per day, and they care about how much trash they are making and try to keep it to a minimum. These were easy to heat and eat during my recovery, gave me the nutrients my body needed to heal, AND they taste amazing so I kept my delivery going. One week - my order didn't auto-renew and I didn't notice until the delivery day (Wednesday) and the Customer Service was excellent and they were able to get a box out to me on Friday! I thought I would have to skip the week, I was kinda panicking, but somehow they found a way to rush it out to me. I was so thankful! The FB group is fun and informative and keeps me on track. When I signed up there was a bonus 30-day challenge program that I actually really enjoyed and made friends, AND won prizes, while going through it. I thought I was just getting some meals delivered but this really is so much more! I love the food so much. I love the people so much. Treat yourself. Its worth it. You are worth it!

Not the right meal service for me

I was displeased with the lack of communication and tracking information after I placed my order, when it arrived I was unimpressed with the amount of packaging and most of the food looked unappealing; and ultimately, much of it was bland or perhaps more accurately, was not seasoned to my taste. Overall, I should have done more research.

An acquired taste that we’re still acquiring…

N4L meals are definitely an acquired taste that my wife and I are still acquiring. Love everything about the company, but most meals are a challenge to get down. I’ve been around “health” food all of my life and am up to speed on every meal delivery service out there while having a thorough understanding of clean eating, so please accept this feedback as valid. I love the fresh, bright, and nutrient dense produce as well as the wild caught fish, but often feel the meals could be more palatable. Lots and lots and lots of chewing. Often times we feel like a kid just getting in those vegetables to be allowed to leave the dinner table. We don’t really look forward to the meals and only eat them for the potential health benefits. We concurrently patronize Sprinly for a change of pace and find their meals much more satisfying. We aren’t giving up on acquiring the taste for the N4L meals though and will continue to patronize. Would be great to be able to pick my meals too. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
