The product came very quickly and you don't know you are drinking anything your hot drinks, I am on my third packet and can't say I have noticed anything different, so not sure if it's working. Wondering if it should have Vitamin C in it to work. Would like an answer to thus

Since I started taking the magnesium capsules, I have been sleeping better. I don’t wake up often in the night. I also got relieved from constipation. I am now able to open my bowels everyday.
