The tumeric really works for joint pain. They are easy to take and the packaging of the product is perfect. I don't live in the UK so I order 6 packets at a time so they are cheaper. Delivery time is good.

Magnesium had very little effect compared to Magnesium capsules bought from boots. Unfortunately, bought three packs because it was on offer!
