This is ok but not as good as ancient and brave. You need to use more to get your serving, it’s clumpy and doesn’t dissolve well.
On the positive side it was less expensive and free delivery.
I won’t buy again!

I started using the Geeks over a year…
I started using the Geeks over a year ago, I was waking up and 3am so thought I would try the magnisium and ashwagandha at night . My husband and I both take it every night. We they tried the collagen in our coffee and creatinine in our water ever day. We take other geeks that work for us and our bodies.
I recommend them to my menopause friends and for health in general.
