I bought 5 kg Phenibut for $1988.85 from Nutrivitashop. The Phenibut does not produce any effects other than irritability and difficulty sleeping. It does not produce euphoria. I have used Phenibut for 5 years from the reputable vendors Liftmode and Nootropics Depot and know what good Phenibut psychotropic effects should feel like. Phenibut is an enantiomer, it exists in both s-phenibut and r-phenibut forms. Only r-phenibut has psychoactive effects. This Phenibut is probably all s-phenibut, and though it will test as pure Phenibut, it will not produce the desired psychoactive effects people buy Phenibut for. The lab testing for the Certificate of Analysis is performed by the company that makes the Phenibut, not a third party lab, this is stated in the fine print at the bottom of the COA which also states "this COA should be used for informational purposes and is not intended as substitute for strict quality control analysis by the purchaser of this product"...so the COA is worthless.

I have asked to return the product in exchange for a money refund, but Nutrivitashop refuses to do this. I was unable to get a response from customer service by phone or email for 3 months until yesterday when Nutrivitashop said they would not allow me to return the item for a refund, and the person I spoke with referred to a no return of open items policy introduced during the Covid pandemic listed on the Nutrivitashop's product return page on their site...THE COVID PANDEMIC IS OVER!!! I just lost $1988.85 US dollars plus shipping, credit card money conversion to Canadian dollars and customs import fees.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NUTRIVITASHOP!!!

Every time I place an order, it always seems to be within two days and it's sitting at my front door! I love working with this company!

Had what I needed, quick delivery

I tried emailing but didn’t get a response. I’ll never use this company again.

I have been buying from NutrivitShop for a few years now from NutrivitaShop and never encountered any issue. Last year, NutrivitaShop incorrectly filled the import form, so the order was reurned to them by the customs and any track of it is lost. Not my fault in any way. I repeatedly contacted NutrivitaShop for a refund for the lost order, and their only answer was that they would look into it. More than one year later, I have received no refund and no replacement. Weirdly enough, my order doesn't appear on my account at NutrivitaShop anymore. It is very clear that this company is very good at selling, but incompetent in solving a problem when it appear. I will never buy from them again.

Update: No, it was not my fault. Don't try to blame me. I could not collect the package even though I showed whatever documents I had available: a bank statement and a printscreen of the NutrivitaShop product. The customs refused to release it. How else can I prove the content, the purpose of it, the price, etc.? That is your responsabilty to declare in the export documents, not mine. And the fact that the parcel was lost is not my fault. You should do the correct thing and refund. That is a proof that you appreciate your clients.
Update 2: I see you modified your response so that you will look good. Basically, what you are saying is that you don't care if your customers receive or not your products and it is somebody else's problem. Beautiful. You can bet I will never buy anything from you.

Package was incorrectly labeled and this lead to some confusion. The problem wasn’t rectified.

If I could give 0 I would based on the fact that they tried to get me to pay additional shipping on delivery. Total bs.
