Do not touch this company.

Do not touch this company. This company is not linked with nutrivital. They sign you up for a subscription that you do not want. I have tried to get in contact with them. After weeks of emailing at nutrytal.support I finally had to send them a formal complaint. I have hear nothing. My bank and the fraud team are on it now. This was my complaint. I hope it helps others who are in the same position, by the way just found out that there is no CEO or UK based address. They are selling their products on Amazon. Disgraceful!

Subject: FORMAL COMPLAINT – Unauthorised Subscription, Misleading Sales Practice & Request for Full Refund – Reference: 7371694

To:
The Chief Executive Officer
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my purchase and subsequent unauthorised charges taken from my account, and to demand an immediate full refund in the sum of £285.46.

On purchasing one single bottle of Milk Thistle from Nutrivytal via Amazon, at no point was it clearly stated or brought to my attention that I was signing up to an ongoing subscription. The only mention of a subscription if any was hidden in extremely small, almost microscopic text, with no clear option to opt out or decline recurring payments at the checkout. This is deliberately misleading, unfair, and constitutes fraudulent and deceptive trading practice.

Since that initial purchase, you have taken 9 separate payments from my account on the 14th of every month some as high as £32 pounds. So far you have taken £285.46 pounds
without my consent, authorisation, or agreement whatsoever. I contacted you many times to cancel my payments to stop, and received no reply until very recently, when you confirmed the subscription had been cancelled. When I clearly stated I had never agreed to any subscription and requested a full refund, this was wrongly refused.

I am not alone in this: having read numerous reviews on Trustpilot, I now see that many other customers have been subjected to exactly the same treatment. I am particularly concerned that this predatory practice using near-invisible terms and burying subscription details. This will almost certainly have targeted and affected elderly and vulnerable customers, who are far less likely to spot such tiny print or understand what they are being signed up to. This is unacceptable and requires urgent investigation and action.

Relevant Consumer Rights & Legislation

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the Financial Conduct Authority rules, traders must provide clear, prominent and legible information about recurring payments, and obtain express, informed consent before entering a customer into a subscription. You have failed to do this — the arrangement was concealed, unclear, and no explicit consent was ever given. This amounts to unauthorised taking of funds and fraudulent misrepresentation.

What I Require Immediately

1. A full refund of £285.46 to my card/bank account without further delay — this is for all unauthorised payments taken between the start of the subscription and cancellation.

2. A formal acknowledgeme
