It seems if everything is ok with your order, as many people have testified here, then this is a great company to order from. However, it’s when there’s an issue with your order that things go awry, certainly that was my experience. Their website doesn’t have a live inventory, so the customer has no idea if the items they are ordering are in stock - in my case, one was, one wasn’t. Rather than notify the customer of this, they prefer to leave you in the dark. I emailed after seven days, having not even received an order confirmation. This email was initially ignored, eventually receiving a reply some sixteen days later, by which point I’d spoken to them on the telephone. Almost three weeks after that email - and some six weeks since the initial order I received my item.
A lengthy process and one that I won’t be repeating.
They’ve a lot to learn with regards to customer service, which should come in to its own as soon as a problem is identified.

They were what I needed and were speedily deliverd and have been used to satisfaction.
They were a bit pricey though. 5 time what I expected comared to couplers.

3 weeks and still waiting on my order that should have been delivered in 3-5 days, I cannot get any response to my emails, I'm wondering are they even a legit store now, I should have researched before buying from them.

Ordered Adblue and paid for it. Standard delivery was 3-5 days. Waited for almost a week but no delivery. Contacted them only to be told my order has been cancelled due to low stock and have issued a full refund. Waited for another week for refund, but did not receive. So contacted them again to which they assured they would sort it out immediately. But same story again. Lies lies and lies. I am still waiting for the refund. But this time I will raise a dispute through PayPal. Such a waste of time and unpleasant experience I have had with this company. Never gonna shop with them again. 👎💩🤮

First time I had used nutsnboltsuk.net and was looking for shear bolts for my grass topper, urgently. Bolts arrived the next day, allowing me to proceed with my topping.
