I have ordered 3 times from Nutstop and have been very pleased each time. Most recently I placed an order for 2 variety trays to be sent to a friend as a gift, and the person who received them was totally happy with the items received.

Delivery is very quick, but quality of products is poor. Pistachios are small, tasteless and slightly burned. Hazelnuts are tasteless and not good for eating or cooking. The ginger is woody, poor quality. They refused to consider returns of opened or unopened product after 7 days. It was two weeks before I opened all the bags. I accepted my losses and threw everything away.

This company is known to scam people. They are very shaddy and cut corners. They send rancid products and its almost impossible to get in contact with them. I finally got a return label and I sent the rancid product back. No refund. They are ignoring my emails, calls, etc. I will pursue further action. They messed with the wrong person.

No response to two email messages requesting information about wholesale terms. The phone number also doesn't work.

I've ordered products 5 times now from nutstop. Never disappointed in the quality of products or timeliness of shipments.

We placed an order and paid $222.04 for shipment via UPS Next Day Air®. The merchant refuses to ship the order.

I bought 10 lbs of fruit slices. I was totally disappointed. Not one of the colors had a flavor, that would corrispond with the color. Actually the 4 colors I ate, all tasted the same. Also, they tasted like someone had put an adverse ingrediant in all of them. They tasted really nasty.
I will NEVER purchase any candy from Nutstop again. They must NOT taste their own product. No one would buy these if they knew what they tasted like.
I wasted $29.99. But at least I am still alive after eating some of those candies. Yuck!!!

A GREAT COMPANY!!! I've ordered from Nutstop several times. I have always been pleased with the PRICE and the PRODUCT. Nevertheless, on my Last Order, I would have liked to have been notified that part of my order was Out Of Stock and on Backorder without having to contact them once my partial order arrived. They did complete my Full Order in a timely manner!!!!!

Placed order for 10 lbs of Brazil Nuts and 1 lb of Cashews on 11/24/2020. The order was delivered today 12/3, but the shipment box only contained the Brazil Nuts. I immediately called the Nutstop customer service phone and spoke with a female representative. I offered to send her a photo of the box and contents, but she declined. I then asked her to send me the missing 1 lb Cashews, but she also refused. I told her that I was submitting a BBB complaint and review and then she just hung up the telephone.
