I am sad to say that after dozens of sessions, the laser treatment has not been effective and I have been left with permanent scarring, as a result of severe burns from my last session. I emailed a week ago regarding my burns, however, I have not received a response to the same.

I met with Jackie who was very knowledgeable and explained the process and the benefits of having the fat freeze, she did also say she will guarantee 20% fat loss but not the 40% that it does state. I saw Jackie for fat freeze around 2 months ago, I have always struggled with what I call my “kangaroo” pouch and no amount of exercise, healthy eating or water drinking would get rid of it! I had 2 sessions with Jackie and it worked WONDERS! I lost a total of 6 inches (so far) around my tummy and have dropped 2 dress sizes!! I have been coming to Jackie since summer 2021 for laser tattoo removal. Jackie explained everything about the procedure and checks that you are comfortable during the treatments. She is very friendly and happy to answer any concerns you might have. Never had a problem with any of the treatments Jackie has carried out. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

As a trans woman who has struggled to find a place that was cheap enough to get my whole body lasered I cannot recommed this place enough. The laser is almost painless in most areas and the prices are far better than every place I have found around Swindon. For the first time ever I can consitently get my hair removed every month and my dysphoria has been relieved massively knowing I'll be free of my body hair soon.

Also the customer service is great, I've had to change some appointments around and usually get a response within a few hours so its stress free to rearrange appointments if something comes up.

This clinic offers great services and is really affordable. I’m really impressed with my results from both Fat Freeze and Laser Hair Removal! Deffo recommend.
