I placed an order with Nuvaskin and never received it. Despite repeatedly chasing them, I received absolutely nothing.. no product, no resolution, and no meaningful customer service.

After being ignored and getting nowhere, I’ve now had to contact my bank to request a refund. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.

This has been a complete waste of time and money. Based on my experience, this company is unreliable and untrustworthy. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from Nuvaskin.

The device only worked for a few weeks, showing no results. Then it started to really hurt to use it. I requested a refund as unfit for purpose but was told I would have to pay out myself to return it first… the address is in France! So I opened a case as paid through Paypal and won. Don’t bother with this device or the questionable company when there are so many better devices and companies to choose from!

I have been using the Nuvaskin Cerna Pro wand for several weeks now and see absolutely no difference in my under eye bags or dark circles at all. Like anything in this world, if it looks too good to be true, it is. Trust your instincts, don't waste your money on this useless marketing hype.

Definitely a con. Returned product less than 2 weeks of use. Paid to return and now a month later still no refund. DO NOT BUY.

Please do not buy this product. It broke after a couple of uses and the company is refusing to replace it or refund it. Don’t waste your money on this product.

This little device comes with few instructions.
Mine broke within 2 weeks and even though I had been extremely careful with it. They refused to exchange point blank- the nib had gone all floppy. I think it is quite a good device and I enjoyed using it but the adverts are retouched and not realistic. The models are using a different device too than the one I received. Bit flimsy. They offered me a 30% discount to get another device which I eventually accepted, but I am not going to move the head at all as it is clearly not strong. The models shown use it much more vigorously than I did.

The product did take a month to be delivered, but when I emailed enquiring they did come back to me every time with an apology.
The instructions are very minimalist, I had to guess how much pressure to put on and the speed to move the wand across the skin.
The nuvaskin does, I feel help a little with my puffy eyes, though the results have not been anywhere near as good as it looked on the models they used for advertising.

Like many other others, my wand broke after being used just 4 times. I had only had it 5 days! I used exactly as instructed but I was blamed for it breaking. The product is completely unfit for purpose. Poorly designed and unfit for purpose. A complete waste of money with an utterly useless customer service.

Absolute disgrace of a company. When it eventually arrived. Plastic rubbish that made my eyes extremely sore. Paid to return the item. They then said the item was damaged, so would not being giving a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from this company. Total waste of money and they will not give a refund! Item is plastic. Does not work. You will have to pay to return then they will not refund. AVOID! Total scam!

I placed my order and it arrived pretty quickly. The Cerna looked like the descriptions and pictures on the website. I hope it will deliver what it promised.

After a couple of weeks of using your product, I did see a reduction of under eye puffiness. the sensation of using it is very pleasant and I look forward to seeing more improvement.

Helpful staff. I was a little impatient as had not had any updating emails for my order. (I don't order online often but when l had l got emails with delivery updates etc) l didn't get any from Nuvaskin, but had very helpful emails when l contacted them. I should have been more patient! Great product.

The Nuvaskin wand is a poorly made device and be warned, there is no refund policy. I received my wand, used it once following the instructions and the next day I did exactly the same thing but the swivel head broke off. Tiny bits of plastic came out of it. I contacted Nuvaskin straight away, as the item is quite expensive, to be informed they would not refund my money or offer a replacement as I had misused the device. I explained that I had followed the instructions exactly - the problem was that the wand was not fit for purpose. All I was offered was 30% off another wand (as if I was going to make the same mistake twice!) My key advice is do not purchase a Nuvaskin wand!

I would give zero if I could this is a fake device, I experienced little electric shocks very uncomfortable. Did nothing for my dark shadows. The wand is supposed to come on automatically when applied to area but it doesn't always even after its fully charged. I bought this after reading the reviews but they have since been taken down. I've asked the company to accept return they sent me the details and basically it doesn't cover the device being faulty or being used but that breaches the customers rights. They offered me partial discount to which I refused as why would I want to keep it when the thing doesn't do what it's meant to do. I will go down a different road to get my refund no point in dealing with them.
