While the Silk 3 Pro itself is absolutely amazing, the customer service behind the brand is fantastic!

I had some shipping concerns when I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my wife. I was able to work out those concerns immediately with Emily and ensure a delivery date that would make it under the tree on time!

What I appreciated the most, was that it was Emily who checked in on me... as opposed to me having to chase the company.

This product is amazing

This product is amazing. My son has kidney failure and is on diuretics. As a result, his feet were horrible and painful. I tried lots of things to remove the dead skin with minimal results. Until we bought this product. After a two goes, his feet are back to being soft and without deep, painful cracks. Simply amazing.

BLOWN AWAY by the Nuvé Silk Pro 3 callus remover! This little gadget is INCREDIBLE. I had no idea a product this life-changing existed; worth every penny. Moved by their exceptional customer service

I had a minor issue with my product and reached out to customer service. I was so touched by the kindness and prompt solution they offered. In my experience this is not common these days, especially with DTC brands. Between the product effectiveness (I have the smoothest feet now!) and the extra mile of customer service, I enthusiastically recommended this product to friends.

Order didn't arrive in time, refund not given.

Order didn't arrive in time for Christmas despite having been placed with plenty of time even for an international shipment.

Customer service have been particularly useless, ignoring my request to return the order and instead just offering a 'good will' gesture of a refund on the shipping cost. I declined this and have not heard back, it's been three days since the last communication.

Likely to be taking this company to MCOL to claim back the cost of the item, especially as they do not comply with fulfilling customers' statutory rights within the UK.

Suggest others avoid this company and look elsewhere for similar products.

Purchased as a Christmas gift on Dec 2, item wasn't attempted to deliver until Dec 28th. It wasn't delivered, nor was a second delivery attempt made. Wrote an email, got an AI Chatbot response denying me a refund (I didn't get the product). It's now Jan 8th. Filing credit card dispute.

Don't use AI chatbots to handle customers with auto denials.

Ordered 10 December.
Arrived at Yanwen, China shipping 17 December>
Sitting in customs inspection 22 December.
Jan 7th, still sitting in customs.
Spoke with representative, said they can't cancel as it's enroute.
Return address for shipping that I have to pay is England. That is the scam. They don't think you will be willing to pay the shipping and just let the incident go.

US Customs has recently implemented stricter processing, which has caused many shipments to sit longer than usual with limited tracking updates. This part of the process is unfortunately outside of our direct control, but we do actively monitor affected orders and assist customers when issues arise.

In your case, we did step in and refunded your payment in full. There was no requirement to return anything, and if the order does arrive, you are welcome to keep it.

We are always here to help and encourage anyone experiencing a similar delay to contact us directly so we can assist and make things right. Our goal is never to leave a customer stuck or out of pocket.

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Do not buy. I purchased the foot scrub, 2 refill packs and 1 carry bag. I got sent 2 carry bags and 1 refill. Firstly, if you’re packing these products, surely you will look twice if you’re packing one machine and 2 bags. Who would want 2 bags!? Little common sense. Secondly, dealing with customer services is impossible. I emailed the help team who couldn’t help. Their response was, “as the items have already been delivered, we need a some more help with this. Someone in the team will contact you shortly to manage everything.” Thirdly, they don’t understand what “shortly” means. After 2 days and no contact, I emailed again to ask when someone will be in touch. I literally got the same answer - “we need more help and someone will contact you shortly.” 4 days with no contact so I emailed again… now I’m not getting a response at all. I can consider my money gone! Absolute rubbish. Worst company. I should have done more research like I normally do. Your product is going in the bin as I don’t even want to try it now.

Great Product

I want to let you know how happy I am with your product-the Nuve Silk Pro 3. I have used it a few times this far and it does a fabulous job of taking off the calloused skin on my feet.

I have used a manual pumice stone or pumice file to try to remove the callouses. It takes so much work with little results. The Nuve Silk Pro 3 takes such little work with amazing results.
