Website has UK phone Number but company based in Hong Kong/China. Website reviews are fictitious. Products took ages to arrive and then 1 was faulty. Asked for refund but no returns process in place so offered 20% discount on other products. Do not use - just another scam.

The website reviews are obviously fictitious. Item received was incorrect, no response to my requests, no replacements offered, no refunds received. Not happy!
Do not buy! Wish I had looked for reviews do not be fooled - the website looks very swish and professional - but the lights get delivered from China. They take ages to arrive and are really poor quality. The light I ordered looks very different to the one in the picture and a very cheap and badly made version. The lights are expensive and not worth it - plus they took 3 weeks to arrive and came in shoddy packaging. DON'T DO IT! (and I think the 'reviews' on their website are fake!)
If you are considering buying from this company DO NOT DO IT! Fancy website then shabby non existent customer service. Ordered a dining room light 16 days ago, no updates on delivery, I have e-mailed customer services on 2 occasions, they replied on 1 occasion stating that they have raised a complaint with the delivery company, but totally disregarded my query as to when was I to receive my light, e-mailed again 7 days on I asking could I simply have a refund- no reply. Tenets e-mail will be to trading standards.
