I’ve done the kyc verification a bunch of times and even if its says verified documents it still doesn’t let me withdraw my money. I hope its not a scam and the online service doesn’t help at all

Their support is very slow and they are a very greedy company, they do not care about their players, they DO NOT do refunds under any circumstances, the website is horrific. They will try every shady stuff and trick you into depositing and only later on you will realise that you have been scammed.
PS. If you look close enough 80% of these reviews are bots.
