I completed all required KYC…

I completed all required KYC verification steps and submitted my documents, yet my account is still not verified after several days.

My withdrawal is being delayed without any clear explanation, and I have not received the confirmation email that support mentioned.

Live support is very slow and does not provide helpful or specific answers.

At this point, it feels like unnecessary delays are being used instead of resolving the issue properly.

I hope this gets resolved soon, but so far the experience is disappointing.

My withdrawal is still being rejected without a valid explanation.

Although my documents were already verified, my account continues to be marked as “unverified”, which is contradictory and highly concerning.

Additionally, the live chat has now been replaced by a bot, and previous chat history is no longer accessible. This makes it even harder to resolve the issue and raises further concerns about transparency.

I have now waited for over two weeks without any proper resolution.

The issue is still not resolved.

My account remains unverified, even though all required documents have already been submitted and apparently accepted. At the same time, my withdrawal continues to be rejected without any clear or consistent explanation.

According to standard KYC guidelines and your own procedures, the verification process should be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Waiting over two weeks without a clear explanation does not meet these standards.

It is also highly concerning that there is no access to real customer support anymore, as only a bot is available and previous conversations have disappeared. This makes it nearly impossible to properly resolve the situation.

I am still expecting a proper resolution, but at this point, the overall experience raises serious concerns about reliability, transparency, and compliance with basic KYC practices.

I worked with them as an affiliate…

I worked with them as an affiliate partner, but unfortunately I cannot recommend them to anyone. They operate in an unfair and unprofessional manner, and they rejected a payout without providing any official explanation. With several years of marketing experience behind me, I believe there’s a strong chance that players could face similar issues. For these reasons, I strongly do not recommend them.

UPDATE: They would now pay, but only a reduced amount. Casinos belonging to NVPartners—such as NVcasino and YEP! Casino—are not recommended for anyone to use. Neither players nor other partners should engage with them, as they cite various reasons to avoid paying, or only offer to pay a fraction of the amount owed.

they took away 400 euro from me just because I did a small mistake ( I forgot to correct my date of birth)

Very poor experience.

Withdrawal was blocked with repeated requests for sensitive documents, even after verification was completed. Support avoided answering direct questions and kept sending generic responses.

Felt like unnecessary barriers instead of a transparent process.

it can't get any worse

I absolutely, positively do not recommend them. You will definitely not get your money back. I won €10,000 and they didn't pay me. They kept asking for the documents they had approved. It's a constant vicious cycle. Although the live support seems helpful, they're just using a delaying tactic 😊 Their requests never end. The licensing authority is also very negligent. These are scammers; I can provide any documents and evidence to anyone who wants them. Don't invest even a single euro with these people; you won't get it back.

Nice interface but....

Everything is fine as long as you deposit money. The problems start when you go to make a withdrawal. Even though I had sent the documents they asked for,and they were approved When I won 11400 euros and requested a withdrawal of 2000 euros, they requested again the documents and never approved EXACTLY THE SAME documents........

Impossible to withdraw

Great place as long as you dont try to withdraw any money then its a nightmare.KYC is a task that with other casino's takes minutes or maybe an hour max. Pieces of shit . The stall you with kyc verification and gives you no money back . I have seen better casinos that verify you instantly . It is easy to win here and they don't want to pay you . I hope someone sue them

Depositing is instant but once you want to withdraw they first need so many things for approval, then even if you withdraw the money stays in your account UNTIL they approve the withdraw (it takes days) they are the only one that does that!
