NW Locksmith company treated me with respect and sent a professional technician.
I made a booking and they were already there with 5 minutes earlier and that says a lot. They were offered to help me with my window too and that wasn’t in my plans, fixing an old problem.
I recommend this company to everyone

Mike's a lifesaver! Seriously, I was locked out of my place late at night, and he arrived super fast. Not only did he get me back inside in no time, but he was also really friendly and professional. 5 stars all the way – highly recommended!

Got locked out last night and had these locksmiths over in 20 minutes. They managed to open our stuck door lock and replaced the lock with a new one.

Great service with NW Locksmith. Arrived within 20 min and the locksmith got me back in to my home after I locked myself out in 5 minutes!! A fast process and a simple door unlocking. I was very pleased with the locksmith.

The locksmith Mike was friendly, professional, and got me back inside without damaging the door. The best part? The price was really reasonable for an emergency service. Experienced locksmith in NW1. Got locked out and they were fast and professionals when they had to open my door. Also, I wanted to replace the lock with a better one and they provided and fitted a great replacement. I recommend Sam for fast services

- Having moved into a new house I wanted to change the locks and reached out to NW Locksmith and requested installation of 2 Banham locks. This was agreed via email.
- The locksmith who arrived did not have Banham locks to install and suggested alternative locks. Given we needed the locks changed that day we decided to go ahead and I was clear that I wanted locks with restrictions on the ability to cut keys and based on the locks the locksmith had brought with him agreed to the installation of Ultion locks
- the locksmith had lost the card accompanying one of the Ultion locks and eventually it transpired that this lock was an older one and Ultion do not offer the same key cutting restriction service on that lock. I requested a replacement.
- I was expecting an updated Ultion lock but the locksmith replaced the lock with another, significantly cheaper, lock with worse reviews online. I was not consulted, the keys were just handed to me before he left.
- it has been over a month and I have not received any response to my emails/calls raising this issue. I was expecting installation of the lock I paid for. At a minimum I would have expected offer of a refund of the price differential.

They are local, responsive and well prepared. We were locked outside and they managed to let us inside in 30 minutes. Paid 59 and vat for a quick door opening. Had my baby with me and saved my day with they fast solutions. Would def use these locksmiths anytime it’s necessary

Absolutely awful experience, we got locked out of our flat as the key was not working. The guy who came didn't understand English and we tried translating it in Google to explain the problem, we were very patient and tried to explain that we needed a written up report for the landlord and would only pay once he'd agreed to writing it and he shouted at us and left. Really do not recommend. Could have given us a chance to explain and not started texting someone else on your phone while we tried to explain it to you. Also quoted £59 on the phone and £110 in person.

Incredibly fast service at a short notice in Marylebone.
Got locked out with no keys and jammed door. Steve came over in 10 minutes after the call and sorted me out. Will use this emergency locksmith again whe needed.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end. In a few minutes the emergency locksmith showed up and he had replaced our locks quickly. He also had Banham locks available as emergency lock replacement, wich was very convinient. Well done and thank you. Highly recommend NW Locksmith

Nothing to complain after today's emergency service in St Johns area. The locksmith was prompt, speedy, came over on Sunday and did all the works on the first visit. We can not recommend him more, a polite guy and nice to talk. 5 stars for him and the company, professionals

The locksmith helped me to repair my lock today after I was locked outside of house. SW locksmith fixed my problem within 20 mins of arriving and fully explained the new lock to me, very good service

Perfect - good value emergency service (cheaper than other companies I checked), competent locksmith and not to mention the costumer service : alex is great!!! . They took care of all my locks in the house and I am more than happy with the level of security. Thank you NW locksmith, will call again in case of another lockout situation...

I am really happy with night service of NW Locksmith... steve was brilliant. They came in my postcode W2 in 20 minutes!!! They don’t usually work in the west area but because it was close to their base they said they will come over, even if they cover only North West London. I called several companies and they are not actually working 247 even if they advertise it!! Anyway, all was perfect. I was lockout in the middle if the night and they had to open my Banham lock to get inside. There was no other solution... but I am happy with the new lock... they replaced it with another Banham lock in the same colour. Glad to know them close by in case anything happens... and they work 247 which is perfect. Will recommend them to anyone

NW locksmith are excellent!! I don't write many reviews but what a great experience, such a competent guy showed up in 15 minutes at my house when I was locked out of house. Professional friendly service and they do take card payments on spot👌

I was in need of an emergency locksmith in London and I called NW Locksmith. I was locked out of home at 1am in the morning and they helped me out so fast!! I can not stress about how good the service was. Reliable locksmith in North West London, would recommend Steve to anyone 👍
