Very happy so far
I had heard mixed reviews about Nxrewards but I've been really impressed so far! Welcome and first monthly bonuses have been paid out already. Team have been very quick to respond to my emails. If this customer service continues, I would be happy to keep my membership.

Very good cashback programme
Very good cashback programme. I have used NX Rewards for about 8 months and I’m satisfied with the savings I have made on flights, fashion, online auctions, household purchases etc. Customer service agents are helpful and efficient. I get higher cashback and much quicker than other similar sites. On very rare occasions, the cashback does not track, such as with supermarket shopping, but this usually gets resolved eventually. Out of many transactions, I have only had one rejected and luckily it was an inconsequential amount.

I have been paying for years love it but still no bonus or extra reward
I have been paying for years and use it a lot it is great but I feel I don’t fully understand how to unlock bonuses etc. in the time I have used nx I feel I should have had some kind of bonus or reward by now.

It’s really great
It’s really great, no fault in their customer services. There is monthly fee of £18 , you can compensate with £18 monthly bonus . Plus 20% off on gift card & 10% cashback on most retailers

Absolute nightmare experience.
Absolute nightmare experience.
Customer support not even trying to help. Unable to add bank details for almost a month now since joining, because their website is not working.
Customer support pretended they are unaware of it, two weeks ago on a call they promised to get it fixed and nothing got fixed yet.
Support over email is even worse. Seems nobody is bothered, looks like a big scam.

very bad. still haven't received transaction cashback after 40+ days. have to send receipt for each txn even though it clearly shows on their website and tracked. support team says txn is approved but it still shows pending. pathetic exp not going to use this.
