Said they couldn't ship batteries.
Asked them in an email for a price for their electric bike kit. They replied that they couldn't ship the Lithium battery. Replied to their email and told them that they could and explained the rules for shipping Lithium batteries and told them that I could source a battery in the UK. After their attempt to blame the battery rules failed they then said that they didn't ship internationally.
Why the weak excuse first before telling me their internal rules.
Their emails did not have a senders name which I presume is so that an individual cannot be identified.
Not a pleasant experience, very disappointed by their parochial attitude and spurious excuses and I am surprised that they can throw away over a thousand dollars of business away without justification.
Not very professional. Quite rude in fact.
