I received an email saying my transfer was cancelled just as I had collected my bags at JFK baggage claim. I had booked and paid months in advance for a once in a lifetime opportunity for the limo transfer service to take my family through Manhattan. The email claimed they can provide an SUV and to call them to arrange which I did only to be told they had no vehicles available at all! Ended up having to make the trip in an Uber.
