Don't Buy Direct...Maybe Don't Buy
Trying to support a British company directly...have been buying their product as gifts for some years...ordered online, for weekday delivery as a Mothers Day gift on behalf of my partner. Weekday delivery confirmed, then a Saturday date over a week away appears on the receipt. Contacted their customer service to ask for this to be amended and the requested date put in. No response. Over a week later and still no delivery. Finally get a notification some 10 days later that it has shipped. Still no response from customer service. And it arrives beaten up at destination. But I guess that's the courier. Will find other companies to support, sorry.
