We were the first Classical Pilates studio to open in 2000, and have had 23 years of going strong. Using only original Gratz equipment, we are one of three centres of excellence for Classical Pilates in the UK. From classes on reformers and towers (powerspring) to matwork, we have group classes and private sessions to suit every age, ailment and budget.

Great pilates studio
Recently started Pilates and it’s been really good. Instructor is very patient and explains the exercises and how they benefit your body, balance etc . The Pilates studio is very well equipped and and I’m enjoying it very much

Hi Dinesh, I'm so sorry that you didn't have a good experience. I see that your session was in January and this is now August. Why didn't you contact me sooner? I would have offered you a different teacher and a complimentary session.
Very experienced instructor
I thought the instructor was very experienced and paid attentions to my body, muscles, movements, breathing throughout. Great. Thank you.

A true classical studio
This is a true classical studio - the real deal - with a second generation Pilates teacher. I was visiting London for a week and wanted to get straightened out after and before my air travel. I was delighted and relieved to find that Daphne is an incredible instructor with the knowledge and experience of not only Pilates (she is Romana-certified, for all you Pilates nerds) but of body structure and physical limitations. I highly recommend her. You can't get better than this.

Simply the best…
Wonderful Pilates studio. Fun but rigorous teaching. Privates and group classes are both a real treat. A very keen commitment to meeting the individual client where they are, working with injury, building strength. I’ve been going for years and wouldn’t be without them.
