I would not recommend

Ordered based on a guaranteed delivery date and confirmed dispatch. The seller then cancelled due to courier issues without my agreement. This caused disruption and additional cost. Communication was poor and the explanation inaccurate. I would not rely on this seller for time-sensitive orders.

Delivered a day earlier than stated. Well packed. Smart and elegant design and works well.
Temperature accuracy a little suspect but not of any importance.
When assembling the base plate, please note, the diagramme illustrates a two pin plug. This would easily come through the bottom hole as described in the instructions, if fitted. It is not fitted with a two pin plug but a three pin plug which will not go through the hole, hence please put the lead in the necessary position first before screwing the base plate together, saves a great deal of unnecessary frustration, as I found out.

Afternoon tea plate

I ordered a glass afternoon tea plate which was received on time. Unfortunately it arrived broken but after contacting Nyxi and being offered a replacement I was unable to accept as there was not enough time to send it out because I needed it the next day I received a full refund within the hour. Cannot fault customer service.

I ordered an ottoman at £37.99 and it never arrived. They said it was delivered but the courier has obviously made a mistake. I work from home and no attempt to deliver was made. They sent me to amazon shopping who sent me back to them. In my opinion it should be up to NYXI to resolve as I ordered with them. Still arguing my case attempting to get resolved but proving useless, they don’t care. They are basically calling me a liar, stating that it was delivered to me. Very very poor customer service and unprofessional.

Best service ever.

Best service ever.
I had a problem with a salt lamp purchased in December for a Christmas present and this week the bulb failed so replaced bulb but that one failed to.
Contacted Nyxi by email at 13.26 today and at 14.31 received and email back to say that a new power lead and bulb had been dispatched by Royal Mail.
You can’t get better than that.

Ordered car mats and boot mat

Ordered car mats and boot mat. They feel solid and good quality. Had to cut my boot mat but thus was easy to do. Very pleaaed with the products!! My car looks alot better with the mats and doesn't have as much dirt. Also cery easy to clean.

Didn’t receive item

I ordered coat hangers and did not receive my item . Yodel were the carrier and I contacted yodel through the app with web help . They advised that failed attempt at delivery was made . Although I was in the house all day and had received another parcel for myself and one for a neighbour as well . If attempt at delivery was made why no card left ? . I was told they would deliver the next day fine I thought . It was getting late in afternoon the next day checked with yodel told out for delivery. Checked again later that evening as still not delivered told parcel still at depot . So it was never out for delivery. Told there was a hold back with delivery’s as very busy keep an eye on tracking number on app for update. I did this over the coming week and contacted yodel a further 3 times and each time told same thing problem with delivery’s keep an eye on tracking number for update . Next update was tried to deliver item on 22/7 and told Custer moved returned to sender 22/7 in England . So on the same day it was meant to have had attempted deliver in the morning in Scotland and by early afternoon it was sent back to and delivered to sender in the afternoon. How can this be it was never a attempt to deliver to my address or a card would have been left . Why the confusion of me moving house ? . That never happened I’m still here . Why tell me it’s out for delivery next day and it’s obviously not . Then problem with delivery as busy keep eye on updates . Such bad customer service as when I contacted nyxi all they kept saying is delivered. It’s been delivered but yes and delivered back to you as per yodel your carrier . So I paid for an item I never received and then lied to and treated with disrespect. So basically we’ve had your money let’s now sit back and laugh at you . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Great company and helpful staff.

Bought a few scooters from Nyxi, the scooters are very impressive my son loves to ride his scooter. very fast and quick delivery. contacting Nyxi is very easy and they always reply to you very quickly if you have any concers. I was very happy the way Nyxi resolved my problem. I Would highly recommend them if any one would love to buy kids scooters. They are also available on wowcher. Great company and helpful staff.
