The call taker was excellent at explaining with no pressure
The call taker was excellent at explaining everything to me.He answered all my questions and everything was pretty straight forward.
I only required a small life policy, there was no pressure to increase the amount.we agreed on how and when I would start paying and was all settled.
The only thing that set me back a bit was when near the end of the call I was asked for my bank details and when I said I didn’t have them with me he asked for credit card details.We had already agreed when my first payment would start so I didn’t think it was necessary to give those details before I had received confirmation email and policy.
