China based company making money off using nz name. Can't find how to refund on website. When asked about refund they only give you 3working days to refund and dont pay everything back. They take fees and what not. Buy from the shops dont waste time with them

I ordered a Citizen Eco Drive watch. It took just nine days to arrive. Very pleased with it.

I ordered a watch from this company with express delivery between 3 and 5 business days. In reality? Two months of waiting. One big disappointment. Do not buy from them.

I ordered two watches a week just before Christmas.
I did not expect them to arrive on time in New Zealand as the order was made quite late and Christmas is a very busy time of the year.

The watches arrived the 24 December to my surprise (within 7 natural days of the order being made).

Communication with the business was good!

I will definitely order again in the future.

I ordered this watch early(October) so this would come in time for Christmas, this watch did indeed arrive in plenty of time. watch looked fine but i did notice on arrival that the watch was not dispalying time lights, i though nothing of this at the time as i though you may have to push a sequence of buttons to get this working from standby, however when opening this to set time and date ect before wrapping i have found this is not the case and no battery was included, i have had to have one put in at my cost and pressure tested. I contacted NZWATCHES to be given a run around by email and to be told all watches have batteries in them. they will not take my word for this and i ordered this in October so they are uninterested in dealing with this or helping me and so i am stuck with paying for a battery that this watch should have come with.

I ordered a watch from NZWatches. The "tracking number" was more in the nature of a consignment note number. The watch arrived six days after the date of the order which is within the stated delivery time. The watch was well packaged and arrived undamaged.

My honest experience:
I wish I could give -Stars. I paid for a watch which almost 3 weeks later hasn’t arrived. I tried to follow up the tracking number the seller sent but there were no updates. NZWatches advised that if NZ Post hasn’t received the parcel they will send a replacement. I confirmed with NZ Post that the parcel has not left Hong Kong and sent NZWatches the email from NZ Post. It looks like I won’t see the money back or the watch. I have no affiliation with Hong Kong Post or NZ Post and they are contracted as first and third party for the deliveries by NZ Watches.com
Just be mindful when buying from them. NZWatches are shipping from Hong Kong and not NZ. Use other seller with good reviews.
