Ordering from Nähplatz.de was a perfect experience in every way. I purchased a dressmaker’s mannequin and they offered the best price I could find anywhere, online or in stores. Shipping was unbelievably impressive, as I received it less than a day after placing my order online! My dress form was very well packed and even included a small gift in the box, along with a discount coupon good for future orders. Inside the strong shipping box, the form itself was in the manufacturer’s original carton and was in perfect condition. I could not be more pleased with this service, and will look no further than Nähplatz.de for all my future sewing purchases.

I was buying a sewing machine with an international shipping from this company. The price of the shipping to my country was clearly stated in the company's website (19,95 euros). When I was making an order, the company said the shipping price was wrong on their website and asked me to pay over double more (49,00 euros). When I said that the company should take responsibility of their mistake they reacted by "refraining" (their words) from selling me the machine. All in all, poor customer service and overall experience.
