So i ordered a top on black friday for my sisters birthday on january the 13th. the confirmation email said to allow 3 weeks to process and ship out the order. It also said they would notify me as soon as the order had shipped. By the end of december I did get any notification nor did I receive my order yet so I emailed them to see whats up. They replied and asked me to wait another 3 weeks. If the order wasn't in by January the 20th I'd have to email them again. Obvs I was bummed out that the top wouldn't arrive in time for my sis' bday even though I ordered it way in advance. Needless to say, by January 20th I didn't have the order AND they didn't even bother to update me. On January the 31st (!) I emailed them again saying I didn't get it yet and at this point, I want my money back. They told me the following: "I can see from our backend that your order has shipped. DHL will send you tracking email directly very soon. ....... I was like: "Forget DHL. If it has shipped, why did I not get a confirmation from you guys that it has shipped???" Obvs, they never replied. Ughhhh absolute abysmal customer service. I abhor companies like this and will never order from them again.

I tried ordering from the site one day, got an email confirmation on my order just for them to say they don’t ship to my country!!! Why would my address be confirmed and my order able to go through if they don’t ship to my country? once I put my address in, it should have already said unable to ship to my country. Which gave me the idea I was going to get my order. Then the sales rep asked me to give them another address to ship too and I just laughed because where else would you guys ship it to beside my own address you’re saying you want me to go through a secondary just for two items that were overly priced for cheap material. I told them I don’t have another address to ship to and then they went on to say shall we proceed to cancel your order. So it got canceled and I’m happy it did, I got a refund and will spend my money else where.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They do not ship out your item until you email them and complain. It has been 6 weeks since I have received my confirmation email and it said it would take 3-4 weeks to ship. I still haven't received my item or a email saying they have shipped my item even though I emailed them 5 days ago asking where my items were. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Three months after purchasing and being sent a shipping confirmation I still hadn’t received my package so I decided to email customer service. Customer service responded promptly which I thank, however we established that my package had never been shipped out. They apologised and had another skirt shipped out which arrived within 3 days.

It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered and I haven’t received a single update on whether it’s shipped or when it’s coming. Also super overpriced. 0/10

do not buy anything from omighty! it’s pointless and a total waste of money. i purchased 3 items around july 10th 2020 and only received two of them, they wrote me saying the last item was on “backorder” and due to covid it was hectic. so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait. then on October 3rd i reached out via email saying i wanted a refund since it had been months and i paid FORTY dollars for 1 cropped shirt. they emailed me back saying they would ship the shirt within 1-2 weeks. so again, really wanting what i had paid for i decided to wait.. on January 6th 2021 i decided i was done waiting so i emailed them asking for a refund. they messaged back saying my order has already been shipped? where’s my tracking information? why didn’t i get an email saying my order that i had been waiting for, FOR SEVEN months was on its way? moral of the story the clothes are thin and cheap feeling but extremely over priced for stuff that i’ve literally seen all over the internet and they don’t provide solid tracking information. do yourself a favor and don’t shop at omighty.

I ordered these super cute butterfly tie dye pants as they came on my Explore page on insta! They were a pre-order so I had to wait 3-4 weeks, around the 3 week point I emailed and asked for an update. They said expect to receive shipping update at the end of December. Well the end of December comes and I email them and they reply saying that there is an additional 3 week delay. Bullsh*t. I placed an order in November meaning that if I agreed to a 3-4 wait that is all I should be waiting for. They are out here scamming people and hoping we will forget we ordered something from them. Terrible business. Cancel your order before it’s too late. I did.

UPDATE 01/21: received the butterfly pants oh my god!!! So cheaply made I cannot believe they are charging $80 for these!!! “Hand dyed” my a**!! These are obviously screen printed. Looks so tacky in real life. Their shirts are cute but start wearing off after like two washes. A truly scummy company.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered! I placed my order a little over a month ago but I emailed them because they hadn’t gotten back to me. They replied back saying they are busy at the moment and it takes additional time for processing. However the next day I get an email saying it has shipped and it seems to be a trend in the reviews that they only ship your order once you bring it up.

It hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t say anything for the quality of the shirt but had I known there would be pricey fees to Canada, I probably would not have purchased it.

It has been over a month and i have not even gotten an email saying the package is at least on the way or has been shipped or anything like that. It is pricy but at least their stuff is cute . We will see if the price is worth the cloths quality wise when I get them in the mail which could be in a year at this rate...

Got nervous after reading all these reviews as I had already ordered from omighty, but I had a really good experience. Bought during the Black Friday sales and got confirmation straight after. They did email me a general shipment update but didn’t give me a tracking number. I emailed them and they confirmed that there is a lot of parcels going out and didn’t give me a number but within a week or so I got an update from FedEx thag they had received it. All in all the items are really nice but again overpriced so I’m glad to have bought during the sale.

I got really scared reading all the bad reviews on here as I was waiting for my order, but since I was very happy with it I decided to write about my experience with o-mighty.
So I ordered during their Black Friday and I got my order today, which doesn't seem like that long of a wait (especially since they probably got tons of order during that sale so I understood the wait) and I got updates through FedEx. I ordered a dress, and even though I'm not an expert on the matter it felt like good quality. It was also exactly like the picture. I understand the complaints about the prices though, which is why I feel like the Black Friday sale was a good deal for people like me who aren't willing to spend so much on one piece of clothing. Anyway my order also came with a cute tote bag, stickers and a small o-mighty file, which I really appreciated. So as far as my experience goes, I would definitely recommend!

This brand is cute but way to exspensive for what it is

I was very worried because I only found all of these bad reviews after I ordered :/ but it turned out to be a very good experience with o-mighty. I placed my order during their black friday sale on the 19th november. I got a confirmation straight away. 2 days later I got a second email saying it had been shipped. i was a bit skeptical of this email because I had read they have been known to send these even when they haven't actually shipped the order. Never the less i trusted the process and waited for my order to arrive. The next tuesday (which was 4 days after it had been shipped) I got a text message from DHL saying they have my package and it is estimated to be delivered in exactly a week from that day. I kept checking the DHL tracking link that had been sent to make sure it was getting updated, which it was. i also noticed at this point that my order was titled 'o-mighty express shipment' even though I only paid for standard shipping, I guess I was very lucky to have gotten that lol. That friday (27th nov) my order had arrived and everything I ordered was in the package. I also didn't have to pay any duties (i live in australia btw) I had done my research on their baby tanks and found out that they fit very small and shrink in the wash. I, myself, usually fit a small but didn't want to risk anything, so I ordered a large in all 3 tanks. They all fit very well with a bit of room for shrinkage and don't have any sewing mistakes or errors. My order also came with a free tote bag and a sheet of stickers. Definitely a 10/10 for packaging. All in all, this first experience with o-mighty was extremely good, but I can't be certain it would be the same if I ordered again. I am very grateful to have actually received my order lol. Hope this helps with anyone wanting to order from o-mighty xoxo

Ordered top for my teen daughter . Was fairly pricey plus delivery but was a birthday gift... took ages to arrive ... eventually did. Looks fairly average, certainly not quality (given the price). Anyway, today I get a DHL VAT Bill for £19.61... making the top around £75!!!! Daylight robbery. Won’t buy again.

SO RUDE! I was waiting for 3 months for my order. We had a previous miscommunication regarding the colour of one of my pieces, when I explained this to them shortly after receiving it they totally disregarded it. After 3 months I decided to cancel my order, and requested that I could send the piece back that we’d miscommunicated about. I received the most abrupt, condescending email in response, they refused to let me return the set and only refunded me for the top. I’m extremely upset and disappointed, don’t spend your money here seriously they don’t deserve it.

I would not buy from them if you don't live in the US. The customs costs to the UK are £17.50 on top of the delivery cost of $8.95. So a very average quality t-shirt will cost me over £50!!!!

I’ve never written a review before but considering what I went through with this company I feel compelled to let everyone know to never purchase from this company. Over the course of four months I have emailed customer service asking where my order is and I have not got one clear answer as to what the status of my order is. I explained several times I do not want a cancellation and I would just like to know what the status of my order is and I got the same answer over and over again stating there’s delays due to Covid. I said that I understood there was delays due to Covid and that was completely fine and all I wanted to know is what the status of my order is. But I just continued to get the exact same response every single time. Then I wake up this morning to an email telling me that they gave me a refund and canceled my order when that was not what I asked. So not only has it taken almost 4 months and still not arrived but over the course of four months customer service has not answered one of my questions but they did think it was ok to go out of their way to cancel my order when that was not what I asked. Now I have to make the exact same order knowing full well it’s going to take an extra four months. At this point I will never purchase from this company again.

Ordered ONE shirt in April. Never received. They said they refunded the money but I never got a penny back. DON'T ORDER.

0 stars if i could. i ordered my clothes in september and its november 8 and NOTHING. i even paid for fast shipping too. I am so pissed off and their customer service is no help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! reading some of these reviews saying their stuff shipped quick 3 days ago are really making me mad since mine is still in singapore

i got the blue hibiscus dress and it took a couple weeks
its seriously one thin piece of fabric and fake lace made of cotton
they couldnt even put a slip underneath or something its so see through and it doesnt show or say that it is
just for the bloody expensive price it is youd expect half decent fabric and craftsmanship
the seams are horrible too
