O2O for employers only
This company covers all risks for the employer but not for the employee. Why do people choose leasing instead of direct purchase ? Primarily because of lack of financial means; Whenever the employer decides to terminate wihout reason the employees work contract, the employee is left with 2 choices regarding the lease : either purchase for the remaining sum or pay a exorbitant lease termination fee. This should be the employers responsibility for that case. O2O is clearly a company that works for employers but dont care about the workers. There are others out there that are likely more considerate. Be careful when entering a contract with O2O
