I am extremely disappointed with O3 Host.pk and their unprofessional conduct. Two days ago, I left an honest review on Trustpilot about their poor customer support. Instead of addressing the issue or trying to resolve my concerns, they reached out to me on WhatsApp and suspended my domain and hosting services, which I had already paid for in full for two years.

This is a clear case of retaliation for sharing my experience. They are now pressuring me to delete my review, which is completely unethical and unacceptable. I have screenshots of the conversation as proof of their actions.

If this is how they treat their customers for leaving honest feedback, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from O3 Host.pk. They do not value their customers and are willing to sabotage your services just to silence criticism.

@Trustpilot, please look into this matter. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated on your platform.

Hosting is extremely slow. And Customer support is also too bad.

Although the platform was ok. Need improvement.
But there support team is completely a red flag.
They don't have manners how to talk and solve the problem which customer was facing.

I have had a highly disappointing experience with O3 Hosting. There has been excessive downtime, and their support team has been unresponsive throughout. The staff seems unprofessional, and when I requested a refund due to ongoing issues, they claimed that there were no problems on their end. Very frustrating experience. They are totally scam. I'm a loyal customer of an international web hosting service since last 10 years. I never trusted and tried any Pakistani webhosting because I had really bad experience with Pakistani web hosting in past before I switched to an international hosting (I'm not revealing the names of those hosting companies here).

Recently one of my website's hosting was getting expired, since I was not earning much from that website, i decided no to renew it's hosting due to expensive renewal fees. While I was searched for some cheaper solution, I luckily found 03host.pk, I transferred my website on their server, and you know what? Its amazing, same loading speed that I was getting on that international hosting, lots of features, the only difference was cPanel. But I'm quite satisfied with 03host's control panel also, it's easy to use and very similar to cPanel.

I recommend everyone to try 03host.pk for once atlease, and I guarantee that you won't be going anywhere else after that.

It's most probably the best Pakistani hosting service. I hope they maintain this quality in future too:)

Hello I swear I am not lieing I will not give fake review I am very serious on it. I have recently purchased a hosting from this company. They are using shared hosting and they are claiming that they are using cloud hosting. I am facing issue from several days and their response is very rude to me I know they will terminate my hosting as they worn me I have give a review against them they will terminate my hosting I don't care about my hosting but I request you all to be careful they are scammers. I have seen that instead of replying my factual argument, you used my name and talked about legal action in a reply to another client, I am only responsible for my review whom I have proof, Legal action could be taken from my side for calling me scammer without any valid proof.

Trust Pilot is a platform where people are free to leave their reviews. If a company doesn't provide satisfaction to its customers and customer rates it 1 star, the company should accept the reality and should improve the specific area of their operations

These guys are scammers. They have no ethics or professional manners. They suspended Our account without any warning. We was unaware of the issue, which is why NerCraft sent Us an email. I apologized to them, and everything was fine. But what's wrong with O3Host? Why did they suspend our account without any warning? They are not providing a backup, and now we have lost everything. The website was the hard work of our last two years. And one more thing, all the positive reviews here are provided by them or some of their relatives.
