Customer service is dismal. You cannot reach a live support agent. The only option is email and it takes days for them to respond.
FYI orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. There is no option to change it yourself.
The items description are not really accurate (the coat i purchased looked way bigger in real life than on the photo).
