A great experience with Oak and More. I found the process of buying a blanket box through Oak and More to be seamless from start to finish. The item was in stock and I was able to choose a delivery date very quickly. On the day of delivery I was kept up to date with the time the delivery team would arrive, Yashpreet and Hajinder were very professional, friendly and helpful. The box was delivered safely packaged. It's very well made and solid and I am delighted with it, I have not used Oak and More before but I will certainly use them again. Very impressed.

Beautiful looking furniture
I loved the furniture. Had a change of mind over 1 item before delivery and had a voucher to use after ordering and staff on the phone were fabulous sorting it for me and gave me the voucher discount with no issues. Still arrived on time and absolutely love the look of the furniture.

Staff helpful courteous polite helpful but Manufacturing very poor. Arrived damage had to repair looks decent now several coats of beeswax polish in on wood rough edges. Would not buy again very disappointing 😕

As discussed during your communication with the customer service team, we worked hard to resolve the matter amicably and, as a resolution, agreed compensation significantly higher than we would normally offer for the severity of the issues reported, to have you keep these items. We were pleased that this resolution was accepted and understood the matter to have been settled satisfactorily.
For this reason, we must admit that receiving a 1-star rated review is disappointing, particularly as the furniture itself is of excellent overall quality and the issues raised were dealt with quickly, and were capable of being rectified by a technician. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our manufacturing and quality control teams as we continue to improve our products and service. We wish you many years of enjoyment from your furniture and thank you for your custom.
