2 weeks late and poor communication

Product was delivered 14 days late with no correspondence or update. Had to email to chase and then when it arrived I requested a shipping refund and have had no response. It was a birthday gift so arrived too late so very disappointed.

Kadai bowl accessories

Good quick service it’s just a shame they use Hermes the box that came was completely battered. Fortunately no real damage that can’t be sorted. I would certainly buy from them again.
