Pay more for nothing !
1 - The website wasn't working, so I had to place the order three times. And in the end, I didn't order the right size.
2 - To receive the shoes, I had to pay €16 in customs fees (first surprise).
3 - I emailed to ask how to return them. Mickael offered to send me another pair but wrote I would have to cover the customs fees. I accepted his offer and replied. He’s ignored me ever since (second surprise).
So now I have shoes that don’t fit, I paid for the shoes and the customs fees, and Michael made me an offer but I am still wiating and sending him emails.
I do not recommend this brand!
The shoes look like nice, it is a pity that I cannot use them.
