They are devils who kick you when you…
They are devils who kick you when you are already on the ground. Scamming people twice. I don't understand people like that. how can you be that evil? My story is the same as many here.
They promised to get my money back, because I had strong case. Anna Ginsburg wrote a measly letter after months and then disappeared from the earth it seems.
If only I knew what I know now. Before I signed the contract, they referred to take a look at the reviews on Trustpilot, unfortunately there were only positive reviews about them then. How? Who were these people who wrote such positive stories about them?
Trustpilot should do something about that.
Take care people. Try not to loose yourself by shameless crime of these devils.
This’s not the end of the world.
It will be okay!
No win no fee scam
they are nothing else but another scam site where they take your hard earned money
I think - another scam
They said all i have to do is pay them to represent me and they will return my lost investment but they never delivered.

This company is a total scam I lost £3000 with this company
These people are scammers
These people are scammers. They scammed me because I was told that I have to pay 10 percent before they can take up my case not knowing that they are not genuine. Please people do not use them as they will scam you and you will never hear from them again as they are not responding to my calls and emails as well. They are fake. Be careful. Do not fall a victim like I did. I was scammed online last year as I invested 5 thousand pounds into online investments and they went away with my money. Then I now came to this company for them to get my money and what they did was to scammed me again and when I tried to call them several times, their phone kept saying that they are busy and they never picked my calls and even when I send them emails no response. What a shameful act. Do not use them as they are scammers like the online scammers scamming people on their hard earned money.

After reading most of the reviews about Oakfort Recovery I realised that I too had been scammed also by Anna Ginsberg. Like others with reviews she has ignored all of my emails. I thought originally I was dealing with a British company based in London. It wasn't until my bank charged me £90 to convert my money did I know that the company was being run from Isreal. Do not have anything to do with them. They are all scammers.

This people first appeared honest and civil and being from Israel in thought I was on the phone to genuine people who could help me to Chase other online scammers BUT I was wrong. The moment I paid in full the money they wanted for their fees,I never ever heard from them.
Oakfort Recovery are scammers.
After reading all the other bad reviews, all I can say is that I’ve had the same experience.
A couple of letters which mind due, I’m having to do all the work with confronting the banks etc. When there’s no luck with the banks I get sent an email that a Raz will contact me(from Anna Ginsburg) and so far nothing. I’ve sent a few emails in Jan 2021 wondering what’s going on and still nothing.
These people portray themselves as being unprofessional after you’ve handed over 10% and will scam your money
Oakfort Recovery Upfront Fee Scam
When I opened my case with Oakfort in November Oakfort had a Trustpilot-score of 4.6 with only 1 negative and a lot of positive feedbacks. Now it has fallen to 3.1. After reading the lots of new feedbacks and comparing with my Oakfort experience, I believe more and more that the positive feedbacks was just fakes to gain our trust and waste our money into a upfront fee (10% of your lost money) for some useless "shadow boxing".
In November 2020 Scott Patchan urged me to pay the upfront fee very quickly, as my recovery chance, which is still very good, would decrease with every day we wait. The aggression in how he tried to get me to pay immediately reminded me of the original scam. As a counter-argument to my concerns, he said I should contact the people giving feedback via Facebook (had written to some via messenger and never received an answer) and "We are licensed and registered with the government ". I then agreed to the upfront fee, even though both were not verifiable evidence for me. After the conclusion of the contract, Isaac Blaney gave himself more than 3 weeks to write his dispute letter until shortly before Christmas. This dispute letter looked more like a standard letter than it actually dealt with my case. At this stage it could already be seen that the procedure was built on sand and my request to present the overall strategy and what he intends to do,
if the answer from my bank is negative, he said: everything would be tailored to me and I just need to know the next step.
After that I didn't get an answer from Oakford / Isaak and had to do everything myself. The sad thing about my story is:
The Hong Kong police took the case very seriously and could have frozen the scammers' accounts in time if Oakford had guided me properly and quickly. So I lost additional money in a second scam through Oakford Recovery.
Scammed twice
Scammed twice - OAKFORD is a scamming Company.
Lose BTC through a crypto fraud/scam and payed Oakf*ck to get some of them back - And surprise... you get scammed twice. The help is completly useless and not worth it.
DONT USE OAKFORD SERVICE
DONT GET SCAMMED TWICE
DONT GET SCAMMED TWICE
On September 2020 I was scammed and this fake company promised and insisted that they would help me get my money back.
Then I realized I missed a deadline to do a chargeback with my credit card so they also took this case (yes, I had to pay two cases) Anna Ginsburg was in charge on the case and she did nothing but write two stupid letters mixing up the two cases and then submitting the case to a German supervising institution that attend collective cases and not individual ones so for sure they told me they cannot do anything about this.
I have read the other reviews and a lot of people are facing the same case, no one answer our emails and this people just ghost us.
I hate this people more than the first scammers because they took advantage of my vulnerability. I cannot believe I was scammed twice.
Please don’t hire the services of this unscrupulous people, the IFC also states that this is a scammer company.
If you are reading this and were also scammed we should get together and suit this company, this time with real lawyers.
I HATE Oakfort Recovery!! - Please read my story
I hate Oakfort Recovery and what they’ve done to me and other innocent people. Initially, I had lost OVER $40000 due to a Forex Scam. Desperate in finding a way to get some of my money back, I came across Oakfort Recovery on google in Nov 2020. I read the reviews on here (at the time were all positive zero negative).
I first spoke to Jeffrey Williams who listened to my case and promised me I had “a very strong case” and that I’d get some if not all of my money back within 3 months. He was very persuasive, and I believed him as he explained Oakfort Recovery have many clients worldwide who had been in my situation and they had got their money back.
I decided to go ahead and pay the £1750 fee to open my case and was handed a contract that I needed to sign, and which was only valid for 3 months (from Nov 2020).
I was then introduced to Anna Ginsburg who made me write a detailed account of my situation as well as making me hand over personal information such as bank account details, ID’s (passport) and my address. My case had started and looked promising. Anna presented to me various letters that I had to forward to the banks. The letters contained certain errors which were corrected. Whenever I needed to speak to Anna, I would call Oakfort Recovery, the call would connect to her or someone would transfer the call to her.
After about a month I realised things are getting strange. Anna had emailed me letters that contained errors that needed to be rectified before I could send them to the bank. Anna stopped responding. One of my cases she had delegated it to someone called ‘Raz Herrman’. He messaged me fine but soon stopped and vanished.
After various phone call attempts and emails, there was no response from either Anna or Raz. Now when I call Oakfort Recovery, I’m in a queue for more than 1hour!!
I sent a final email to Jeffrey asking when he was free for a call as I needed response from them as the banks were chasing me. But there was no response from Jeffery too. All 3 have gone missing!!!
Oakfort Recovery take your money and leave you on standby for 3 months until the contract finishes. THEY ARE A SCAM.
I’ve had to close my bank accounts down, cancel my passport and sell my house. They take your personal data. THEY ARE EVIL. YOU WILL PAY FOR THE CRIMES. Not even worth 1 star.
Unreliable.
In a vulnerable position after I lost a lot of money. They WILL time pressure you. They WILL convince you that they have credentials to substantiate their operations. They WILL say they have worked with authorities in your country, the fraudulent platform and the legitimate platform. They WILL follow up to reassure you until you pay in full. Then they will slowly reduce communications. There is even identity theft and scam.
Another Lot of Scammers
Please don't ever believe or take any more business or services with this so called professionals.... They are nothing but another lot of scammers. I paid $500usd to initiate their service with so many promises from different people. I dealt with about 4 different consultants, Adam, Jeffery etc... and what was funny they don't know each other nor any status or process of the case. Each will have their own guidelines so I clicked from there and started requesting to have my money refunded. So the first person by the name of Adam and Isaac Blanley...only sent me couple of emails and to date no more contacts whatsoever.
It is very disappointing to see the rise in number of criminals globally using different platforms to steal from people all over.....gosh these people need to be behind bars....
Disgusting and evil....I hope Karma will serve you justice.
OAKFORT SCAMMERS…
Paid over £1700 to this scam recovery company. They take your money and all they do is send you a couple of emails to pass onto the concerned parties (and they couldn't even get the information and spelling correct).Once you criticise them they shut up shop and your finished. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Scammers...shameless scammers
Scammers...shameless scammers! Avoid! The only service they deliver is the final kick when you're already down. The primary agent (Scott Patchan), is a pseudo-professional designed to give all the patter and fake empathy to get payment ($1200), sign a contract (beware it is only valid for 3 months!), then transfers you to another agent (Anna Ginsberg) who is absolutely useless (vomits back all the information and work you provided and writes a couple of kindergarten/unprofessional letters). They know the banks will not do anything and prolong until they hit you with a ''end of service'' notice (3 month expiry). Basically you get scammed twice! My advice is cut out the middle man and go directly to your bank and TRY see if anything can be done to reverse payments. Unfortunately, there is no way to get back money lost through a crypto scam (my case). Just don't trust any traders/brokers/recovery service at all. For trading, perhaps try established academies for training and support with trading/crypto instead.
SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!
DON'T BOOK THEIR SERVICE!!!!
They are not returning my emails or calls for more than one month, I keep writing them and nothing. My case was stopped one month ago without telling me anything.
My case was a crypto scam, and they wrote 3 letters really poorly, to be honest.
These people are the scammers.
Do not use this company - AVOID!
Do not use this company if you have lost money through Cryptocurrency trading or investment scams, you will never get it back!! In July last year I spoke to Jeffrey, supposedly a "case assessment" expert, laughable! They have NO proper case assessment department! Jeffrey "assessed" my case over the phone, he told me I had 98% chance of getting my money back, that the banks have a duty to reverse the transactions within 2 months, some banking code of practice and that I'd have to move quickly to start the process which meant handing over 10% of my losses as a fee. This was a shock but I had just lost a lot of money and was vulnerable so I felt I had no other choice. They take advantage of this vulnerability, really disgusting! My case was passed to two different people over several weeks and eventually Anna Ginsburg took over my case and in 7 months wrote just 3 letters...written as me!!! But I ended up being subjected to severe interrogation by my own bank, there is no banking code of practice for them to to reverse transactions if the money has gone! It was horrendous, they are liars! 7 month later, nothing...and Anna is not returning my emails.
