hello what has happened to the Oaks mop 400 they don’t seem to be as good after a couple of weeks they were out?Me personally think Oaks has changed what they use in the 400 mop it was So light in weight until you put in water then it gets heavy that doesn’t happen now they’re trying to save money by doing something different and the price has gone up what’s going on

I had a big fluffy white rug cleaned l thought it be a nightmare to come clean..To be far I was honestly expecting it to come back saying some stains wouldn't come out...But wow absolutely perfect...lm really amazed with the outcome..

Just had my sofas cleaned and living room carpet cleaned, very happy with the end result! Luke was so professional, polite and hard working. The service from start to finish has been stress free, super easy & efficient I would highly recommend and will now be booking in to do the other rooms in my house. Total exceeded my expectations.

Booked an oven clean for last week, received a text on the morning of the clean which was a handy reminder. My oven was a right state with lots of burnt on food - I’d already tried to clean it myself with supermarket chemicals but they didn’t work. Oak Lane made sure it was spotlessly gleaming when they left - I’m so impressed. Plus no harsh chemicals used so it was safe to start cooking immediately. Thank you x

Had heard a lot about this local cleaning company so I thought I’d give them a go!!! Just an oven clean but I was so impressed with the whole experience. The two ladies were professional on time and very very good!! The price was excellent and will be looking to use these ladies again!

Really am so pleased with the staff themselves and their attention to detail. I had a previous horrible experience with a cleaner I employed when I had a baby. I came to Kadie instead and the ladies she organised for me have been LOVELY; even helping me with my daughter at times when I’ve just needed 5 minutes to make a brew. A really nice, family-run company.

Was recommended Oak Lane after our cleaner gave up cleaning. As busy people we just needed some help. Kadie came round and assessed our needs and we found her really professional and understood exactly what we needed. It is brilliant to come home when they have cleaned it feels lovely. Kadie and her crew of cleaning ladies have really helped to transform our office. They provide great value for money often going above and beyond in terms of our high expectations. No question goes unanswered and nothing is too much trouble. Oak Lane are very mindful of our daily business operations and are so efficient we barely know they are there other than a squeaky clean working environment and now my office is cleaner than my house - perhaps I should get them to do a home visit too. Loving the eco products they use too as that is really important to us. Superb!

Oak Lane cleaning company clean for my Grandmother twice a week, every week. The ladies are kind and caring - even make my Grandmother a cup of tea! The clean is always thorough and I know my her house is clean and tidy when they leave. Her wetroom is cleaned far better than I could have managed! They also take care of her ironing which she finds difficult to do now. I'm really grateful, thanks.
