Over the last few years we have furnished our bungalow with furniture bought from Oak Outlet. Today we had two sofa’s delivered. From selecting items to delivery we have received excellent service. Highly recommended.

Ordered coffee table and the bottom shelf was damaged - emailed customer services who told me to glue it back together and it will be fine!! I advised it was faulty but have been ignored ever since!

Delivery estimate given (2 weeks) which proved accurate. Fully informed about delivery procedures, again accurate. Very satisfied with the quality of the bookcases, extremely well packed by the factory. I was cautious ordering from here due to some of the reviews. All I can say was this experience was superb from start to finish.

Earlham White Painted & Oak Large Sideboard -

Ordered the large sideboard via oak outlet as it was cheaper than other online sites. Order process was quick and simple and the item was delivered within 2 weeks. Excellent comms . Thank you

Bought 2 bedside cabinets from Oak Outlet and quality of product was fantastic. Delivery was in 12 days and again was faultless. Read a few bad reviews but I have nothing but praise for the whole process from ordering, updates and deliveries.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with.

I was a bit worried about ordering a couple of bedside tables due to some poor reviews on this site. However, as the price was very competitive I decided to risk it. My order was dispatched quite promptly but unfortunately one item was damaged when it was unpacked. I contacted Oak Outlet via email and received a swift response from Kayleigh advising me she had arranged for the damaged item to be collected the following day and the replacement item was delivered the day after. I was very pleased with the quality of the bedside tables and the customer service was extremely fast and efficient. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Delivery was quick and the items once fixed I’m happy with , 2 delivery men who were competent and professional, unfortunately the light sensors were not working so was promised they would be sent that day .6 weeks later and 8 emails and weekly phone calls they have now arrived .. customer service is terrible the girls very rude and unhelpful made a simple request very hard work and they eventually blocked my phone number .. they really need to improve the customer service as so rude .
Would of bought other furniture to build on range I bought but will no way use again

Really bad company stay well clear. Not intrested interested in helping you with faulty items not trust worthy and ran by family so you have no chance of escalating a complaint. They just shut you down very unprofessional really bad customer service cheap faulty furniture that's not worth the money would not recommend them at all!!!

Bought 2 chairs which more than met our expectations. There was an issue with delivery by their delivery company, but they then delivered personally. The chairs are really well made, and the delivery packing was the best I've ever seen. Really great customer support. The store has an fantastic selection and the staff were really helpful...

Really disappointed with oak outlet. Waited from August to December for delivery. Then the delivery guys rang me twice on their way, said Hello and then hung up? When then arrived they carried it through and dumped it in my hallway. I asked them to unpack it so that I could check it’s not damaged in anyway and they refused. I then asked them to take it upstairs to my bedroom. They refused and said they have a “policy”🙄. I explained that I’m elderly, disabled and live alone to no avail. The package weighs 24kgs! I asked them how they expected me to get it upstairs and they just shrugged and left. It’s now in my hallway as a large trip hazard! Thanks a bunch oak outlet. Don’t use them!

I have given this company one star, only because it isn’t possible to submit a review with zero stars.
On the first few days in September I ordered two dining benches. The statement when you order reads that most stock is available for delivery in 7-14 days so the system allows you to purchase items regardless of their availability.
Shortly after order I was contacted by oak outlet and told that this item was not even in the country.
I explained that I needed the benches for the first weekend of November and was told they would arrive in country early to middle of October.
I repeatedly contacted oak outlet to check on progress and each time they assure me that my delivery was still on track.
By the middle of October it was confirmed that the boat was here and that “next week” the delivery company would contact me.
When the delivery company didn’t call I contacted Oak Outlet again only to be told that my order had never even been put on the boat. This information was given to me on 23rd October; 1 week and 2 days away from the event for which I needed those seats. And ONLY because I, once again, chased for the information.
I was offered other items (wrong size and wrong colour) or I could have my item in January. When I replied to tell them just how unacceptable I thought this was and suggested that given it was their mistake that they should consider another freight route to get my item to me, they (Kayleigh and Amy) didn’t even reply to my email. They just cancelled my order. I wonder how long it will take for that money to actually come back to my account?
So BE WARNED! They will take your money under false pretence, their communication is non existent unless you chase and even then it is completely inaccurate. Good luck using this outfit! You will need it and a lot of patience to go with!

Still haven’t heard a peep from this outfit but the good news is that we did find the furniture we wanted from another supplier. I would recommend that you bypass these cowboys and go straight to Only oak furniture dot co dot uk
We made a call on Friday 24th and a wonderful woman got the furniture out to us for Friday 31st! Awesome!!

I ordered a mirror in a wood frame. The item arrived quickly by DPD. However, it was badly damaged . I contacted them to arrange a return . The return was accepted. This is where it all goes wrong!
E Mail came saying sorry another will be sent out and the damaged one collected and return label will follow. It never came DOD came for the mirror and no label . I called them and it finally arrived because of the phone call. It has up be printed . I could not print because I do not have one (I don’t need one). The customer service person said we make you aware you must have a printer . This is cobblers I read the T and C no mention. Poor customer communication rude and offensive.

Absolutely love this company bought table & chairs and bar stools delighted with the,. Can’t fault their customer service .. we had 2 chairs missing from delivery which they tracked down straight away and had delivered the next day can’t ask for more ! . They were so polite and helpful apologised straight away

My wife bought a 2 seater sofa from them. It arrived on time from Birmingham. It was delivered in the original packaging from the manufacturer in China. It took me more than an hour of hard work using a craft knife and scissors to remove all the packaging Cardboard all over outside plus various plastic protection over the whole of the sofa. The delivery team do not unwrap it for you. The main problem is that if you were not happy and wanted to return it then it has to be sent back in the original packaging which would be totally impossible. As for the sofa the quality is fine although the silver colour was darker than expected.

Please don’t be put off by the bad reviews I’ve had such a seamless experience with the company! I enquired about the dining table leaf and if it would fit an oak table I purchased elsewhere, I got a swift and helpful response and got told the item is in stock and will be there within 3-5 working days. I placed my order and only after I placed the order did I panic because I had then come across the negative reviews. I contacted the company again to say I’d placed my order and was now worried about the bad reviews. I was swiftly reassured. Fast forward 4 days later, my item has arrived perfectly packaged it’s exactly what I was after and the price for the item and delivery was just unmatched, please please please ignore the bad reviews this company is FAB!! and thank you to the staff member who dealt with my annoying emails! I will be purchasing again!

I have to say I am so disappointed with there after sales. I bought a two seater dining table and chairs. When it arrived it a long mark on it. I took photos and sent it to them. They said it was probably glue residue & to get a magic eraser which I never heard of, so I went wicks and they sold me some glue residue remover. But it made it look worse. Now they are saying they will only take it back with the photos I originally sent before I tried to sort it. Bad advice and bad after sales

Our TV Unit came extremely well packaged and the delivery driver was really pleasant and helpful.
The company kept us well informed about the delivery.
We have no hesitation in recommending Oak Outlet not only the quality is second to none and we will definitely use the company again.

I wasn't sure about ordering from this company as I'd never heard of them before and the reviews on here aren't great. However the price was great and so I took the chance and I'm so glad I did!

I ordered 2 chairs and they arrived safely and look just like the pictures. Sizing was spot on too. I love them.

Little negatives to mention is that delivery took 12 days, which seems long for an item in stock but they do say they deliver within 14 and the boxes arrived dented, tatty and dirty.
Gentleman that delivered was on his own so I did have to help him carry the boxes but he was polite and happy to take the boxes to the correct room.

Overall very happy I ordered as I love my new chairs.

I hardly ever write reviews, however after reading the reviews of this company AFTER placing my order, I feel my review may help to ease minds and help other potential buyers to feel confident in placing an order.
I have received Amazing service from this company from start to finish.
I ordered a footstool which took 10 days to be delivered.
I emailed Oak outlet to enquire about delivery times who promptly returned my email and confirmed that it was with the courier company.
The delivery arrived promptly this morning and the couriers contacted me the day before to ask if this would be a convenient time. They called me again this morning to let me know that they were on their way.
The footstool is absolutely gorgeous, no issues at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you.

I decided to order a sintered stone shelving unit from Oak Outlet (despite some negative reviews re customer service) because of the substantial savings on the price compared to other retailers for the same product. I must say that any cause for concern I had turned out to be unfounded, as the unit was delivered in perfect condition and within the two weeks delivery time advised by the very polite and courteous sales representative. I should also mention that I ordered an oak table in 2018 that also had no issues either in delivery time or quality.
