Not processing any insurance claims
I have just telephoned and chased up the fact that I have not heard anything about my pet insurance claim submitted several weeks ago - but more importantly, not yet received any payment. I have been told that there is no-one at the Vet (Haverfordwest & Fishguard) processing any claims at the moment or for the immediate future, and that they are all sitting in an ever-increasing pile not receiving any attention. This has caused me severe financial difficulties - the amount spent was 50% of my monthly income, and I expected the claim to be resolved in a timely manner, and with compassion and understanding
