You call them and they take all your details and never call back and then say nonsense to reject your case. Very badly, Money focus, lacking professionalism, and poor advice. Will not recommend! Reported to SRA giving the industry a bad name!

Grim level of service. After an initial call where a quick triage of the facts were given. I was told to sit tight and somebody would come back to me for extended details once Oakwood have looked into it a bit. Over the next two weeks, I called to supply various pieces of evidence but never heard anything at all. Then, on one random day I got an email saying there was no evidence and not enough information. You guys were meant to call me back. I’ve been sitting waiting for you. And my injury has gotten worse with rest instead of better. You guys are disgusting.

I thought my private pension was lost for good,that was till Oakwood Solicitors took on my claim,the service was very good friendly and helpful kept in formed by Gmail and phone calls, took a long time to sort out and finally got compensation thanks to Stephanie Gardner many thanks 👍👍.

Awful company. My so called solicitor couldn’t follow the simplest of instructions provided. Then followed up by asking totally irrelevant questions. Then when I raised a complaint it was ignored. Followed by another poor excuse for why they didn’t deal with the matter. Simple return calls and emails that is the resolution.
Finally, to add insult to injury they withheld the transfer to my new solicitor for 2 months. Only after calling and promising to call back everyday until they released my case file was it eventually sent to the new solicitor.
Pee poor organisation and individuals.

STAY AWAY FROM Oakwood if you want good service from individuals who actually care for their clients.

The pension claim that Stephanie Gardiner managed to sort for me was complicated and very time consuming. She was very informative on all the stages providing regular updates with timescales of when things should happen. No fault of Stephanie’s, it’s took a long time to get to the end but it’s worth it. Very pleased with the outcome thank you.
