2 obart mizar chemical pumps failed within 6 months

Unfortunately, these pumps are running off curve; which is what has caused both pumps to fail. This is evident in the bearings as they have completely seized, the mechanical seals have also failed.
Pump casings are showing evidence of having become extremely hot.
Due to this, the failures are not considered warranty.
Ideally these pumps need to run at a pumping head (height) of between 4m and 8m. According to your customers information they are running at 1m.
Per acetic acid will also have a moderate effect on some components within the pump.
If you would like, we are happy to try and assist your customer with specification of the correct product to use for this application?
Please confirm if we can scrap the 2 units currently in our workshop? Of if your customer would like them returned at a cost of £14.00?

Ordered a semi-rotary pump from Obart on Friday evening. They confirmed despatch on the Monday and I had it Wednesday. Pretty sharp under the present difficult circumstances. Unfortunately the pump appeared to be the wrong size. I spoke to Richaine, who asked me to forward an image. An hour later Richard confirmed an exchange was required. The following afternoon the correct pump was dropped off and old unit uplifted. Top notch service.

The order arrived quickly but turned out to be the incorrect sized items which whilst probably my fault i had not realised that the part numbers i had submitted then needed further refining which i missed.
P+P was comparatively expensive.
