Amazing service. Very professional. Everything works perfect

These guys offer a great service and a good deal, however when it all goes wrong, good luck getting the issue resolved, after quite a lot of hassle for the guy to setup the program, some his and some laptop issues my end he eventually got it to activate, unfortunately it only worked 3 times, and after contacting them both through there website and by email, nobody has bothered to reply or help with issue. So would I recommend there service, nope, pay a bit more and go elsewhere, could be cheaper on the long run, as I now need to pay someone else to provide a service. Avoid folks. If issue is resolved I will alter my review, but I won't hold my breath on that.

Total scammers. Bought software and install services on Amazon and they didn’t ever finish insaltalling or troubleshooting as promised. Inconsistent communication, weird installation times, couldn’t get concise information

The installer was able to take control of my machine and effect all the steps needed, rebuilding my machine to a fully functional PIWIS 3 system. I purchases the service and had a working system within several hours which is amazingly fast. Great follow through and communications throughout the process, very inexpensive for what I got. A+++++++

Did not deliver product after it was paid for

The purchased software does not work, the downloaded ISO image can be mounted (I have tried different tools), but the files in it are all unreadable, the software cannot be executed (faulty DLL, invalid image) and cannot be unpacked either.
The customer service demands unlimited access to my computer via TeamViewer, I should send my access data and leave my laptop on (which of course I don't do, they can then install whatever they want!) Appointments I scheduled via Teams were not taken, althoug I was waiting for more than one hour.
The shop also has no terms and conditions, no imprint and no name! So everything is highly suspicious, better keep your hands off it and buy elsewhere! I'm curious to see if I'll see my money again...

You get what you pay for but the problem is that you get the product way to late, specially if you need them to do the installation. They offer to do the installation for you but the time it takes from the date you bought the product is outrages, and when you try to reach out they dont bother answer. They only care for you to buy the product. Now i am stuck with an installation where i made a mistake, but still need them to restore it and i get no answer whats so ever. Dont buy their products if you require support.

purchased a VM image of PIWIS 3 s/w downloaded it and started the VM.

the PIWIS 3 app therein does not work, it will not start there is no error msg its totally useless.
