Please do not trust any inspection reports from this company when buying a house. They tend to miss significant issues during their inspections, and you could face serious problems after the purchase. In my case, they failed to notice a broken window, and when I inquired about it, they couldn’t provide any photos and instead blamed me. They also missed water damage in the laundry room, claiming they didn’t have access to the area. To make matters worse, they said they couldn’t inspect the roof because they didn’t have a staircase, so they just looked at it from the street.
The company’s management is unprofessional. Instead of addressing complaints, they will blame you and hold you responsible.
I strongly advise against trusting any report from this company.

Företagets ledning är oprofessionell. Istället för att ta itu med klagomål, kommer de att skylla på dig och hålla dig ansvarig.
Jag råder starkt att inte lita på någon rapport från detta företag.
