Reliable and helpful
This is my second time buying, I got the chance to buy chaos rising from the lottery system which really helps to get the chance to get packs when they're not readily available. I also got a couple of etb cases for my Pokémon center etbs and they were very fast at answering my question regarding if the PKC etb will fit with the protector cases

Hi Rohan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As I'm sure you're aware there is currently a huge shortage of supply compared to demand of Pokemon TCG products. Our lottery system takes up significant resources in order to make sure that our products reach genuine collectors and not bot accounts.

Thanks for your feedback. I can see your account was created just four days ago, and invitations are sent weekly. Our lottery system works differently from a traditional queue. Customers join by wishlisting products, and winners are selected at random from all eligible entries. This helps prevent bots, resellers, and scalpers from buying all available stock and gives everyone a fair chance to purchase at retail price.
