Very poor customer service

Placed an order in error and replaced the order with a correct one and then began to contact them in regards of not sending out the 1st.. well 48hrs later I get a response from there shipping company saying they will soon be ready for dispatching so again contacted them twice but all in vain.. you pay extra for shipping to you but then turns out its to the border and in fact you are to pay the extra later when the border control finally contact you by letter, although they have offered a refund on the products it does not include the shipping fee for the cancelled order and actually realising just how poor there service is ive chosen not to except either order now nor to not pay any extras and to make sure they get there products back. I have ordered goods from many companies from all over the world and these seem by far the worse by a country mile. If I had gone ahead with the extras it would have been 3 weeks+ from the day of ordering before I would have received them. (Fyi I am based in the south of England not even a 3 week walk from France). Oh and as it stands I'm still expected no be refunded the shipping fees..latest update.. is them claiming they clearly stated online that they were closed before, during and after my urgent order was placed on Aug 16...now 9th sept still awaiting a refund.

We acknowledge that you placed an incorrect order initially and then followed up with a corrected order. Unfortunately, due to the closure of our offices from Wednesday, August 14th, 5:00 PM to Monday, August 19th, 9:00 AM for the Assumption weekend (as clearly mentioned on our website), there might have been a delay in processing your cancellation request before the first order shipped. Internet orders are automatically processed.

As your've oredered non-personalised items, you can return them to us and we will refund you on receipt.

Totally useless customer care

Totally useless customer care. They just don't care.

I bought a set of boules for €250 from a retailer. The three boules in the set had totally different structure on the surfaces. And it didn't change even after 50 hours of play. Obut refused to send new ones. And even the retailer seem to have issues to get Obut to help. Now the retailer will send me a new set. I really hope he gets money back from Obut for the faulty set but I doubt it.
