Very poor customer service
Placed an order in error and replaced the order with a correct one and then began to contact them in regards of not sending out the 1st.. well 48hrs later I get a response from there shipping company saying they will soon be ready for dispatching so again contacted them twice but all in vain.. you pay extra for shipping to you but then turns out its to the border and in fact you are to pay the extra later when the border control finally contact you by letter, although they have offered a refund on the products it does not include the shipping fee for the cancelled order and actually realising just how poor there service is ive chosen not to except either order now nor to not pay any extras and to make sure they get there products back. I have ordered goods from many companies from all over the world and these seem by far the worse by a country mile. If I had gone ahead with the extras it would have been 3 weeks+ from the day of ordering before I would have received them. (Fyi I am based in the south of England not even a 3 week walk from France). Oh and as it stands I'm still expected no be refunded the shipping fees..latest update.. is them claiming they clearly stated online that they were closed before, during and after my urgent order was placed on Aug 16...now 9th sept still awaiting a refund.
