Reiki Crystal Halloween countdown box

I ordered the Reiki Crystal Halloween box (aka advent calendar with little boxes holding different crystals). It took several months to finally arrive and the crystals are mostly all 1/2" tumbled pieces, a couple of cut pieces (star, half moon), a "carved" 3" witch, and 2 1" rods. Nothing close to what is shown in the photo. I paid $36 total and there were no descriptions of the stones. I have no idea what most of them are. Totally disappointed!

I bought a battery starter with an air…

I bought a battery starter with an air compressor, but the unit didn't come with one. They offer me a laughable amount of $9 refund to "demonstrates our commitment to making things right"

The unit is also of poor, cheap plastic quality.

It is totally unacceptable to sell someone a product not as described and not offer a full refund.
Bad service.
