Awful experience (updated - still awful)
Awful experience. I made a payment of 40 eur to a seller 7 days ago now and Obvy have not paid the seller and cancelled the transaction. My chat messages are ignored, no help at all. I have statement and evidence to show the payment was made but no response to my queries
Update:
Nearly 3 weeks later and still no further. Neosurf(who the transaction came from) have confirmed that Obvy received my payment.
