I ordered Ikelite housing for my Sony camera on 12 Dec 2022
I was told that I should receive this housing within 3-4 weeks
Every 3 days I was checking if this housing will be delivered on time because I have my scuba trip booked
On 7th January 2023, I received a phone call with information that this housing hasn't been ordered from the USA and I should contact BH photo in New York
Why they couldn't inform me straight away that they cannot get this housing on time?
Ocean Leisure cheats on customers, what for

It's often only when something goes wrong you find out how good a company really is. I cannot fault Ocean Leisure's response when there was a mix-up with my order. My email about the issue was answered very promptly and the matter was resolved quickly, courteously and generously to my complete & total satisfaction. I will not hesitate to buy here again.

Bought a Divevolk housing for my iPhone. The guy from the camera department that helped me buy phone was simply superb. He specified exactly what I needed and why with great advice, put the rig together, placed on their website so I could see it and then guided me through the order process for payment .... what an absolute legend. Its service like this that would drag me from Mikes Dive Store!!!! Thank you for fantastic service and an exemplary attitude. I wish I had got your name.

I bought a Huub wetsuit from the Ocean Leisure shop in June 2019 for an open water lake swim. I then used it in a Cornish river about ten times in early 2020. The wetsuit was carefully rinsed and stored after every swim but in late spring I noticed that the neoprene was disintegrating beneath both arms. I sent photos to the Ocean Leisure store manager who was very sympathetic and said it looked like a problem and that the wetsuit was within the warranty period. He contacted Huub who would not offer any refund and then told me that Ocean Leisure would only be able to offer a small discount on a replacement suit. I'd shopped in the shop several times before without problems. Be warned that you do not get the protection you'd expect from shopping in this central London 'Flagship Store'.

I purchased a Musto sou'wester from Ocean Leisure via Ocean Leisure's website. It arrived the next day. Although the label on the hat stated it was £35, it only cost £25 online plus postage. Good value for a stylish, breathable rain hat.
I was particularly pleased by the speedy delivery as my New Year's resolution for next year is to avoid buying from Amazon because of the poor staff conditions and their vans clogging up the roads. Ocean Leisure posted the hat by Royal Mail and it still arrived next day - so nothing lost by not using Amazon and a good start to my Amazon-free year.

Awesome experience. Customer service and communication was brilliant, prices amazing and shipping was lightning fast, really can't ask for more!
