This is an illegal site that steals from independent authors and small publishers. As an author whose book is on the site without permission, I support their mission of making information accessible to all, but this isn't the way to do it. I would be happy to have my book given away on a permission-based site that gave it to those who couldn't otherwise access it in ways that also support the creators, but that's not what this is. Oceanofpdf steals books plain and simple, then asks for donations to support their theft.

Illegal download website for books. Saying that knowledge should be free, but most books are fiction (not knowledge) and a lot of knowledge can be found free online.

They are selling a book for free without the permission from the author. I get free books but not without jumping through the legal hoops. This is bad business.
