Dishal "introduced" unvetted, unreliable, unprofessional traders who carries out poor quality service on my property. Simple job that should have been completed over a month ago is still current with the trader absconding, ceasing all communications and returning whenever he feels like and doing nothing, i now have to take him to court. Dishal is responsible for this criminal and yet refuse to do anything. I am now seeking legal advise regarding this. If Dishal ever recommend a trader (a male name similar to Brenda) to you DON'T TRUST HIM - RUN AND KEEP RUNNING!

I would never use OC Homes again due to their extremely poor handling of the issue with the pigeons at the property I rented for the past year. The landlord is horrible and refused to do anything to help with pigeons persistently defacating all over my balcony. The landlord conveniently made sure spikes were installed on the balcony of the flat next to mine (which is considered as a “luxury” apartment) Make of that what you will but the refusal to support me made my experience living at the property awful. I had to clean the balcony almost every weekend because the putrid smell and unsightly condition of the balcony meant I was left with no other choice. I repeatedly emailed OC Homes and they ignored my emails. For the amount in rent you pay this is not the service you would expect. Move into Kundra Court, at your own risk because the pigeons will either wake up up extremely early in the morning or their faeces will ruin your balcony if you take a flat with the balcony.
The landlord is a typical greedy and morally bankrupt individual who tried to rip me off and overcharge me when I tried to get my security deposit back. They exploit the fact that you need security deposit back if you’re moving into a new property and assume you will just accept the overcharge. I am disgusted by the landlord, who should be ashamed of his corrupt and money grabbing behaviour.

Be aware of unethical practices of this store. The staff is promising you discounts and after you filled out all the paperwork and at the checkout they start giving excuses about thr discount and give you a different price. The supervisor doesn't even look you in the face and is repeating different excuses over and over again. When I said ill leave a review she just laughed. What was meant to be an exciting process of buying furniture for your apartment turns out a huge stress and disrespect. Leaving feeling scammed and disrespected.

I would advise others to think twice before dealing with OC HOME BV. Because, I paid a downpayment to OC HOME BV nearly 9 months ago (offerte 2024 - 0012, paid on 5th of February 2024) for a product that I have still not received. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times with absolutely no response.

After visiting their store in person, there were no apologies, just vague assurances that I would receive my refund. Despite their promises, another two weeks have passed, and I’ve heard nothing.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m definitely taking this matter to the small claims court!
