Brilliant from start to finish - amazing service

I discovered OCON Conveyors when looking for a gravity roller conveyor solution for our warehouse.

After making enquiries with several companies (who had either ignored our request or declined the job) we spoke to Brian at OCON who was brilliant from start to finish in providing support and advice, all without the 'hard sell'.

Brian visited our site in Greater Manchester from their base in the West Midlands to understand our requirements and suggested a number of solutions for our warehouse to make the flow of products as efficient as possible and after considering the options we placed our order.

The 2 x roller conveyors were made to order, delivered on time and fitted without fuss. Brian is clearly a man of integrity, true to his word and was really keen to hear how the conveyors had changed our operation.
