Octa FX Broker is best
Octa FX Broker is best. I posted two reviews hoping they were scams due to the things I've read about them on Trustpilot earlier.
Reason for 3 star is that, they delayed my deposit for 48hours plus. I couldn't reach out to them via Personal Area. Support was AI automated. It was so frustrating.
Eventually, they've proven their integrity and genuiness.
Thank you so much Jayne, Mia, and Joel and also the Instagram agent that was guiding throughout the process. I've withdrawn and I'm still trading with Octa FX.

Do NOT dare to paste your generic "each account is reviewed individually" excuse again! At the exact same timestamp, an opposite trade was taken on the same asset. That trade hit a loss, and you HAPPILY KEPT THEIR LOSS MONEY. But the moment my trade hit a $1,355.66 PROFIT, you manufactured a fake rule violation and wiped my balance!
Why is your execution valid when traders lose money, but "invalid" the moment a trader wins? You take the loss, but steal the profit!

On public platforms, they lie and claim "case reviewed," but in reality, they remain completely silent on official email. They happily keep market losses from traders, but the moment you make a legitimate profit ($1,355.66), they manufacture fake policy excuses and block your account.
DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP! STAY FAR AWAY FROM OCTA! Proof of their 10-day email silence and profit theft is already submitted to WikiFX and Forex Peace Army (FPA) Traders Court.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had made a deposit last Wednesday. Money was debited from my account, but deposit not credited to my octa account. It is quite unusual, because successful transactions usually get credited within minutes. However, this time it was different. I waited for 3 hour standard time and contacted customer support. It suggested me to wait for 24 hours. I waited. Here comes the actual irresponsible and lethargic part! I have been speaking with the customer service agents with three questions. 1. Did you try to match my UTR? 2. Is it matching or not? 3. Tell me how long it takes.
I totally understand that certain financial transactions take time, especially when a third party is involved. But you can't leave a customer clueless for days like this!!
THEY DON'T HAVE AN ETA,, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING,, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THEY TAKE TO RESOLVE.
All they know is to frustrate the customer and also ask them to be patient.
Octa might be a legit broker. But certain partners of it are definitely not. BECAUSE, BEFORE EVERY SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION, THERE WILL BE MULTIPLE REJECTIONS WITH THE BANK STATING RECEIVING ACCOUNT IS SUSPICIOUS. SOMETIMES WE GET A FRAUD ALERT CALL AS WELL.
MY FINAL ONE LINER: THEIR PLATFORM MIGHT BE QUICK,, BUT WHEN AN ISSUE COMES, THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND IRRESPONSIBLE, BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE FOR CUSTOMER'S MONEY!! 'ZERO' STARS FOR RESPONSIBILITY. 2 STARS ARE JUST FOR THE PLATFORM!!

Despite submitting all requested identification and compliance documents promptly and correctly, your support team continues to withhold my funds without any valid or transparent justification. This practice of freezing legitimate withdrawals directly violates standard regulatory accountability and client trust.
